Customer Questions & Answers

Is there a 200 amp branch circuit breaker available for this panel?

I would like to use this panel to replace a service disconnect that feeds a 200 amp sub panel (plus another 100 amp subpanel; it used to be a two family house). Is there a 200 amp branch circuit breaker available that will fit in this panel?
Asked by: IG
No, but you do not need one as the panel has feed-thru lugs to allow 200 amp wire to feed from the busbars to another location.

Can I install 4 2-pole breakers and 4 single pole breakers in this enclosure?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi Rodney, This is George from our How-To Community. Rodney this load center is rated for maximum of 4 1” THQL double pole or 8 1” THGL single pole breakers. In order to fit 4 double pole breakers and 4 single pole breakers you would have to switch to ½” THQP style. Can this be used for trailer homes?

Asked by: Splinter
IT CAN BE USED TO FEED THE PANEL LOCATED IN THE TRAILER WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE ANOTHER MAIN BREAKER TO FEED THE TRAILER PROVIDING THE TRAILER HAS A 200 AMP MAIN BREAKER IN THE PANEL. THIS PANEL IS USED AS MAIN FEED PANEL LOCATED AT POWER POLE UNDER METER. THE 8 CIRCUIT SPACES LOCATED IN THE PANEL ARE USED TO POWER UP WELL, STORAGE BUILDING, ETC.
