Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jkr Worst GE purchase ever!
Do not buy this oven! I bought this oven to have installed underneath my counter and it blows extremely hot air continuously making it unbearable to be anywhere near it. I had bought the oven without the extended warranty as you should not have a problem with an oven at this price. My kitchen project had gotten set back and since the one year warranty was up, neither Home Depot nor GE will help in any way. Home Depot told me to contact GE, and basically the 800 number listed for GE, tells me at the end to find help in the yellow pages.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BullittGuy Replacement for a 14-year old GE Profile wall oven; Thanksgiving saved!!
I purchased and installed this unit myself the week before Thanksgiving 2014. Our 14 year old GE Profile wall oven died yet again and I was tired of shelling out for a new control panel and controller every couple of years which was always a few hundred buck here and there. Thanks to quick delivery from Home Depot, Thanksgiving for us was saved!
I decided to go with another GE Profile wall oven due to the fact the the installation parameters were exactly the same as our old unit. Therefore, I knew going into it that I would not have to make any modifications to the cabinetry. The only modification I had to make was to drill out four pilot holes to set the unit in place since the holes in the new unit did not match up to the old ones. I also recommend using dielectric grease when making the electrical connections due to the use of what appears to be aluminum wiring on the oven and copper wire service from the house. This will help combat oxidation from dissimilar metals being in contact with the other.
As for the oven, it so far is performing quite well. The convection baking function works much better than that of our old unit which only moved air from the back of the unit. Everything that we have baked (convection or standard), roasted, or broiled has cooked evenly with good results.
From our old unit, I salvaged the GE supplied baking stones and baking stone rack for use with this oven. Though the rack is not made for this unit, it perfectly. Loaves of french bread that used to take 35 to 40 minutes on convection bake with the old unit, now only take 30-31 minutes. Homemade pizza also now takes a minute or two less to bake to perfection.
I really do like the quick Steam Clean function of the oven. I have only used it once, but it was quite handy to be able to quickly clean out the melted and burnt cheese from the bottom of the oven so that my wife could bake a cake without worry of smoke from burning food infusing into the cake and without having to resort to the hours long self-cleaning function.
As to the GE Brillion app, whilst it appears many have had issues with it, I found it very easy to set up and get going on my Samsung Galaxy S4. It works great and it is nice to be able to preheat the oven on our way home from the market. The only bad thing about the Brillion function is that you must remember to push the 'Remote Enable' button before leaving the house if you intend on using it. You must also remember that every time you open the oven door, the 'Remote Enable' function is disabled so you need to remember to activate it again.
The three lights in the oven also are a welcome touch. Not only do they allow better viewing of what's cooking, but they add additional warmth to the oven for proofing yeast or bread dough. Another nice touch is the roller rack. It is too bad GE cheaped out and did not include this function for all three racks.
One initial concern when installing the oven was that it looked like it would not fit due the the taller stack height of the control panel bezel which is considerably higher than on our old oven. Fortunately, when sliding the oven into place, I was able to wedge it in with just a little extra effort (the photo's I included here show the tight fit). It is quite snug between the top of the oven bezel and the bottom of the microwave oven bezel, but it works!
Overall, though this is not a cheap unit, I have been very happy with its performance thus far.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RayLovesToEat Cooks great and I love the wifi
I bought this about a month ago after being without an oven for 6 months. It cooks wonderfully and evenly. It's intuitive to use and I got it hooked to my Android phone after a couple of tries. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sheana I have only had this a week, BIG IMPROVEMENT!
Although it's been less than a week, I have noticed a big difference in my new GE oven compared to my old oven. My granola came out PICTURE PERFECT using the multiple rack selection. I'm now trying ribs in the roast option. I am very happy.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by jhnnytn Few key flaws but so far a good oven
After an exhaustive search I settled on this oven. Ive only cooked some take and bake pizza in it on both regular and convection and they both turned out very good. It takes a bit of time to preheat but that's to be expected from hidden elements. It operates quietly which made me choose this over a similar Whirlpool. Two things that bother me. 1. The WiFi remote control works good BUT you have to hit a "remote enabled" button every time in order to allow the oven to accept your smart phones controls. Really a stupid idea when the time you want to use this is when you are running late and the kids are screaming and every second counts to get that darn pizza done as soon as possible. Its like you'd have to plan for the unexpected. Basically that is the only time I would see using it. Preheat when your running late. I think its just another instants of lawyers getting in the way of true function we can use. 2. The volume on the timer seems a bit quiet. When the timer is done it sings a little song but if you are in another room those cookies are gunna be burnt!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DanniJ A few oddities
Since I enjoyed my first one so much when we build our new home, we bought one again. This generation of ovens has a horribly inconvenient rack system. One rack either came broken or broke within a couple of weeks(rear "hooks" ). To move then racks is a nightmare. The heat that comes out of the door front is crazy and warms up even a large area too much.

Just got this wall oven installed a week ago and so far I love It. This is my first convection oven and Its very quiet compared to my last oven which was a Jenair. So many features like warming, timers, "very cute chimes" I can use conventional oven for roasting etc. or Convection Oven for backing. I found it very easy to operate . I baked my first cake in it and i must say it was perfect. It even has an app that I can use to turn my oven on from my phone. What I really love about this oven is that it has heavy duty racks that can be left in the oven when cleaning. Also it has a middle rack that slides out so easily as it has a ball bearing mechanism . I only wish that all the racks could be this way. I have yet to use the self cleaning or steam cleaning.
