We are doing a custom installation in a island-like situation. We need to know what the back of the unit looks like, particularly the top 4" or so. Is it possible to get a picture of the back? Or find out where we can see one in a showroom? Thanks

Answer:
Hello Kalico,
This is Lisa from GE Appliances. I am happy to help. You can view the photos at the link below. There is one with an overhead view, which will allow you to see how the trim looks. You can contact Home Depot to see if they have one on the floor.
Thank you for considering GE Appliances!

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 361 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smell smell smell I have had this oven for over a month and we can't get rid of the smell. As soon as you turn any of the ovens on it smells chemical / rubber smell. We ran self clean and been running it for hours but no luck yet. GE is not being helpful with this problem. They say it's normal?!? Oh and to top it off one of the light bulbs inside the oven that I have yet to use needs replacement. And guess what, GE won't replace it under warranty? What? I paid a lot of money for this oven and this is what I get. February 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great product this product has a nice modern look with lots of options. great oven sizes! February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Stove We went to a party and saw this stove at a friend's house. It looked really nice, so we decided to look online for it. The price seemed rather high, but then you look at how ugly the base model-type stoves are and you have to decide, is this 3 times nicer? and conclude the answer is yes. In addition to looking better, it cooks everything faster. It has two stove section and 5 burners, so is great for a party. My wife likes it "500 times" better than the old one; says she loves it. We show it to everyone who visits. Probably the most satisfied we have ever been with an appliance. November 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great until it failed after 9 months Failed requiring a service visit after 9 months. I would not expect this from their most expensive product. September 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by no other will do. the stove over exceeded my expectations. it does everything a double oven is supposed to do. July 31, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good but not durable We bought GE Profile Electric Range with dual oven about 3 years ago. It has so many issues and we regret buying it almost daily. Needless to say, we will never buy GE appliances again! Pros: Looks good Cons: 1. small upper oven BAKE stopped working few days ago. We certainly did not expect this from a top of the line range from GE. We suspect it is one of the control board is at fault. 2. slick cooktop makes frying pans and others rotate and move freely. It's hard to cook without one hand holding them. 3. cooktop is almost impossible to keep it clean. It's a nightmare! 4. overall quality is not worth for the money 5. expensive June 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible design. If you want a true slide in AVOID this range at all costs. It will not fit the way you expect it to. Very poor designed flange on back is not the same width as the cooktop making it impossible not to have ugly gaps. It made our custom built kitchen look terrible. If we can't return it, it will go to Salvation Army and we'll by an LG. March 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not worth the price Other models of GE slide ins have molding that covers the gap between the stove and the countertop. This one does not. Impossible to cover the gap left in the front. Food falls between stove and counter. Button layout is horrible. Too many pushes to do simple tasks. Control panel is huge and hard to keep clean. Spilled hot liquid on it and stove did not work for 2 days. Condensation present under the glass of the control panel. Replaced the older version Profile with this which I had no complaints. Love the double oven on this one but GE dropped the ball on the design of this high end stove. Hate it. January 11, 2016
