Hi Nancy,
I am happy to help. It could mean the cook feature was interrupted, the clock was not set, or a cook feature wasn't programmed properly. Try resetting by clearing the panel out or disconnecting power at the breaker. If this continues, please contact service at 800.432.2737. Thank you for checking with us. Lisa from GE Appliances.

Advantium 30 in. Electric Wall Oven with Speed Cook and Convection in Stainless Steel is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 75.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Misleading specifications The reason I gave the value only a fair is because the specifications on the home depot site says that the height is 19 1/32". This is not true. The height is 17' and is only 19 1/32 if you purchase the extra accessory drawer from GE for over $461.00. We had an advantium which gave out so I ordered this new one to replace it. With it saying the height is 19 1/32", I knew it would fit in the hole but was surprised when it arrived and was too short. After opening the installation guide, I found out that I would have to order the accessory drawer at an extra cost. This is very misleading and, as such, should give height for both the wall oven and the wall oven plus accessory drawer. Otherwise, I love the advantium oven.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GE Profile Series Microwave/Convection Oven This Microwave/convection is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and makes me look like a great chef in the everyday life of a regular Mom!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, I'm hoping for WOW! My Advantium was installed about 2 months ago. As a microwave, it's good, though I thought it might be faster than my old one, since it's much newer. I haven't tried speedcook for anything adventurous yet. I do love the fact that this unit can serve as a second oven, with convection, no less. But, I discovered that the pie I cooked, was not well cooked on the bottom, because heat didn't circulate under the pie, the way it would have in a traditional oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Show me the light!!! Even though it has lots of ;features I am So disappointed I don't know what I was thinking I got rid of my over the stove GE microwave convection oven which I loved and bought the advantium which i thought would cook a lot faster 8x, great on potatoes other stuff not so fast. being such a high priced item I thought it would have a light that would stay on but it doesn't if you press the light button it only stays on for a few seconds I like to watch what I am cooking ! This is a real problem for me since I have to continually go to oven to press the button to see what I am cooking instead of looking many times with hands full of stuff and continuing to prepare other dishes. I have never had an oven that didn't have a light or a button that would stay on till the oven itself shut off or I shut the light off Am I not finding the button that keeps the light on? Is there a trick I don't know?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT can do Anything that a regular oven can do! We purchased our first one in 1991. Loved it ( it was a 240 model), did a kitchen remodel in 2005. The size we needed only came in a 120V model, so that had to do. This last May oven number 2 gave up and had to be replaced. Hurray! we're back to the heavy duty model and it is Wonderful. I love the extra rack!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Bought this for use in our downstairs bar to avoid having to travel to the upstairs kitchen when entertaining. We love the convenience and performance. It is our fourth Advantium (due to remodeling, moving, etc.) and we will never go back to a conventional microwave.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great cooking features Same make and model was purchased and installed July 2014. In August 2016, appliance broke and in September 2016, reinstalled another appliance of the same make and model. Hopefully it will last longer than two years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid performer We wanted to update our kitchen with latest model of the Advantium. We are very happy with the speedcook and convection features as well as the halogen light cooking
