Will this breaker fit in a square d homeline box

Asked by: jimmy
Hi jimmy, I'm Travis from The Home Depot. Thanks for visiting our site. No. This breaker in question is a GE (General Electric) brand and is not compatible with Square D. Your Square D Homeline panel box will only accept Square D Homeline breakers. Square D also makes a line called "Q-O" which also CANNOT be used with a Homeline panel, even though they both are Square D brand. Thank you for asking, Travis

Is a GE THQP230 circuit breaker right for a GE TM2020RCUPL3 breaker panel?

Will order GE breaker panel TM2020RCUPL3 online. It comes with 12 THQP-120 20 Amp single-pole circuit breakers, 1 THQP-230 30-Amp double-pole circuit breaker and 1 THQP-250 50 Amp double-pole circuit breaker. I will order 10 more THQP-120 20 Amp single-pole circuit breakers and seven more THQP-230 circuit breakers at the same time, if that is correct for this panel. Will they all fit on the 20-space, 40-circuit panel? This is for installation in a basement.

Hello Ken, I’m Newf from the Home Depot’s how-to Community. Thank you for your question. Yes, since you are using all ½ space breakers, these will all fit and all spaces will be filled. I hope this helps, Newf.
