Rated 3.2 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Bulb for the Price These bulbs have been great. Very durable and bright. May 21, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not impressed I'm not impressed with this bulb. The color matches no other bulbs that I have by GE; CFL or otherwise. The length of time it takes to warm up seems excessive, especially in comparison to other CFL bulbs that I still have in the house. My intent for this bulb was to be in a room that I have other CFL's in but the color doesn't match. As more time goes on, I find CFL's less and less appealing. I don't believe I'll be purchasing anymore. February 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely love these bulbs! None Better! We have been a fan of the Reveal Bulbs since we found them (10+ years). I love the light they put out, it's soft and easy on the eyes. Now that we found them in the energy efficient bulb, even better! The only drawback is that they are hard to find. Not always in stock. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ended up being too big Bought this, but it was too big for my fixture. Had no trouble returning it, but they did not have a CFL that was smaller, so I ended up buying a halogen. March 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does Not Last We have eight recessed lights in the general kitchen area. Picked these up as the ceiling is 10 ft so not easy to replace and wanted the extended life. These burn out faster than regular bulbs, typically lasting no longer than a year. I have heard a few times that CFL lights do not last long when they are upside down (or pointing down). My experience would agree with this. If you have multiple lights on the same line as we do, (there are six lights attached to the same switch) you really need to have all CFL lights otherwise when you turn the lights on the regular lights will go on first, and then a few seconds the CFL lights will go on. Just makes a really odd effect when the lights go on. As well – they take a few moments to warm up and the light to get to full luminosity. Problem if you use the light for the front door. If you need it lit up, you have to remember to turn the light on well in advance of the guests coming or leaving the house. January 18, 2015
