In response to LilGeek, 300ma is 0.3 amps, not 3 amps. 1ma = 1/1000 A.

This unit will output up to 300 ma which is 3amp, I see no reason your 2amp requirement wouldn't work, not sure what tech support is talking about. The amperage is a draw from the device, it is NOT a supplied measure. If your device requires 2amps and your supply can provide 3amps it means your device, when it draws only 2amps will work just fine. If your device requires more amps than the power supply Read More

If your device requires more amps than the power supply can provide you would have a problem. Voltage is a provided measure, so if your device needs 6v you should get one that can provide exactly 6v no more, no less. Read Less

Answer:
kathy, Great question. The voltage is adjustable, but the Amps are not. If you have products that need 2Amps then you will need to choose a product that can output 2Amps. Note: Under powering the device may work, but we cannot guarantee this. If you have any further questions, please feel free to respond or contact us through phone or email.
