It will depend greatly on the connection method of the portable dishwasher. If the dishwasher uses either 3/8" compression or FIP connections or 3/4" garden hose then you will likely be able to use it. We are having our dishwasher delivered and installed next week, into what was a kitchen cabinet that we've cut to fit. Are any other parts needed? what about tying into the sink drain/water supply?

Following is dishwasher installation information.
Use 3/8" OD copper or 1/2" OD plastic fill line. The water valve has an opening with inside threads. An elbow is required to connect water line. Do not use 3/8" Plastic line. The inside diameter is only 1/4" and that is too small to allow proper water flow into dishwasher.The elbow end that fits into the valve is a 3/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) the other end needs to match the type of connecting tubing used listed above.
