CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Looks Great I had to replace a ceiling that is sloped from 13'4" to 9'4" and really didn't want to use sheetrock again so even though this paneling isn't recommended for ceilings I went with it. I put 5/8" OSB under it and glued it with Liquid Nails Paneling Glue and nailed it with brown stainless steel nails because the cheaper paneling nails usually bend. I ran the paneling sideways so the "planks" look like actual 8" knotty boards going across the ceiling and by staggering the joints I had 2 rows of joints where the 4' ends met so I stained 2- 2x6's to look like beams and ran them up the ceiling. It's been 3 weeks now and the paneling still looks as good as the day I put it up, it hasn't sagged anywhere and the joints are all still tight, I would recommend putting a backerboard under paneling and glue even if you're putting it on a wall. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Pleased Installed in a secondary bathroom over painted drywall with Liquid Nails adhesive from top to botoom and in the middle along with brad nails at the edges. No sagging, bulging, warping or any negative issues. Just don't use in a high traffic area as suraface layer is thin and could tear easily. And hand pick each sheet as quality from sheet to sheet varies. December 27, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Looks good, poor quality I put this up on the wall of a house I was remodeling. I used finishing nails to nail it to the wall. When i returned one week later, the wall had bowed and buckled and was not even remotely smooth. I am not sure what caused this, my guess is humidity or heat because the a/c was turned off in the house. Regardless what caused this, it is unacceptable, and if it was caused by change in temp., a product should be able to withstand temp. change of +-15 degrees. I had to take all of the wall board down and return it. June 11, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Impressed bought these panels cause of the reviews i read at other stores,,, they said let set in the room for 3 or more days before installing.... i let set over a week, after have over half of them nailed up ---- most show buckling from top to bottom..... i should have gone with my first idea --- 1/4inch smooth sided flywood... or Luan paneling .....
