The pull out handle hose (a feature i love) started leaking under the sink & I couldn't find parts to make the repair, a bit frustrating. I then called the company they had me text them a pic. of my faucet since I couldn't remember the model #. They identified the model # & sent the hose from Chicago to California at no charge, I called on a Friday morning & had the part by Monday morning. This is a great company that stands behind their products, worth paying the extra money to purchase it, I'd buy another Grohe product in a heartbeat!!!!

Pull-out hose failed ~2 years ago and Grohe replaced it under warranty. Replacement hose just failed leaking water all over the cabinet below creating water damage. Grohe Customer Service considers the warranty part failure "normal wear and tear" and would not replace it. Originally bought Grohe for their quality reputation years ago but my recent experience tells me that their quality has gone downhill. Suggest you look at other suppliers for your faucet needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Replacement Faucet This is a replacement for an existing faucet, which had been a great fit. It gets the job done. Easy to turn on/off with messy or soapy hands, easy to adjust temperature. A little more difficult to switch flow to spray. At times the water drips from the faucet after shutoff for a second.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grohe has great customer services! After years of enjoying this fine product, parts start to wear out. I sent pictures of a leaky handspray, hose, and handle that need to be replaced to Grohe Customer Services on a Sunday. OMG, you just cannot believe this! Fifteen minutes after sending an e-mail, I received a response saying that the parts will be shipped. Yes, you heard it, it's on Sunday! Is there any more valid reason not to buy Grohe products? None! PS. I lost the receipt but still has all the manual and warranty pamphlet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Grohe Warranty Problems I have two Ladylux Plus, 33759SDO, faucets. Grohe has shipped a few replacement parts, but one faucet leaks continually and Grohe won't replace it without an invoice. It was installed 9 years ago by the contractor when the home was built and I never received the invoice. Beware of Grohe warranty replacment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wasn't impressed I have a 10 year old Ladylux faucet that is leaking. I won't be replacing it with another. I found the hose stubborn to pull out and and the neck of the faucet is too long, making it awkward to maneuver. Also the rubber piece that covers the button to control the spray has worn out twice, Yes, they replaced for no charge, but still should have last longer. Especially since I rarely use the spray because of the handle being so awkward. On a good note, it looked nice..
