You will pay that much too. I installed mine almost 9 years ago and it is still working like a champ. Never a leak and I use the pullout at least a few times a day. Almost everyone I know has replaced their pullout faucets ($200-$300 range) already in this time period. Some of them twice. Seems like they pay more in the long run.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rmnord Perfect kitchen faucet and great customer service
Looks great, works great. Excellent quality, nice long hose operates easily. Durable-last one lasted nine years when the spray head stopped spraying. Grohe replaced for free under warranty. At ten years the cartridge failed. Decided to replace rather than repair since on sale 40% off at Home Depot. Highly recommended.

I've had much experience with this brand, and this particular faucet, as a plumber in an exclusive area of Boston MA.
I have never had anything else but a quality product with any fixture that wears this brand.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Danny Grohe has great customer services!
After years of enjoying this fine product, parts start to wear out. I sent pictures of a leaky handspray, hose, and handle that need to be replaced to Grohe Customer Services on a Sunday. OMG, you just cannot believe this! Fifteen minutes after sending an e-mail, I received a response saying that the parts will be shipped. Yes, you heard it, it's on Sunday! Is there any more valid reason not to buy Grohe products? None!
PS. I lost the receipt but still has all the manual and warranty pamphlet.

I have a 10 year old Ladylux faucet that is leaking. I won't be replacing it with another. I found the hose stubborn to pull out and and the neck of the faucet is too long, making it awkward to maneuver. Also the rubber piece that covers the button to control the spray has worn out twice, Yes, they replaced for no charge, but still should have last longer. Especially since I rarely use the spray because of the handle being so awkward. On a good note, it looked nice..

This fit our sink perfectly. We have a window seal that restricted higher units with a side control. Side control was important to us. It was easy to install. There was even a video on website.

I bought a grohe Ladylux about 9 years ago at homedepot. I paid a lot of money. faucet works great for 9 years. a part comes loose and sink starts leaking. I wasn't even sure of the model any longer. I called Grohe & they asked me to email a picture so they could identify the ladylux faucet. I did, they identified and mailed the parts i requested the same day. no charge. no hassle. talk about a company that stands behind their product. awesome.
