Installation took about 2 hours, taking my time. It took a bit longer because of the electronic controls - I had to find a good space for it, and there was a bit of time adjusting it. Other than that, it was not difficult. The instructions are clear, and there's an instructional installation video on the manufacturer's site.
This thing looks sleek. Everyone likes it, and comments on how modern it looks. It matches well with the typical brushed stainless steel basin. Functionally I really like it. I have no issues with splashing, but maybe I'm used to it since my previous faucet was also a high-arc. You have to remember that with any high-arc, you'll have a stronger water stream when it hits the sink. The handle is buttery smooth, no wobble or looseness, and it's really easy to regulate the flow down to a trickle. The spray head pulls down smoothly and retracts correctly.
The touch feature is awesome. I never realized how nice it was to have until I installed it. With my traditional faucet, when my hands were dirty, I used to always turn the water on with some awkward motion, using my wrist or the back of my hand, etc. Now it's so much easier! The kids love it too, and they have a little too much fun playing with it.
My only concern is that the spray head is plastic - the rest of the faucet is solid metal, the spray head does not have that solid heft to it. But perhaps there is a reason for that; I suppose you wouldn't want a heavy chunk of metal swinging around and smashing your dishes.
Make sure you read the instructions, or watch the installation video. And take the time to check and adjust things like the touch sensitivity, grounding points, hose retraction, etc. If everything is done right, it works really well.

I was little worried with this product since I saw too many bad reviews.
I even went to other company websites to see the review and I found out more bad reviews. However, I found one article mentioning that there is a way to overcome all these problems that was repeatedly reported. So I gave it a try.
Let me be frankly. I like this faucet. No, I LOVE this faucet. (of course, my wife LOVE THIS TOO.)
Installation is little bit tricky but you NEED TO FOLLOW instruction to the details. that is the key to the correct operation. also, please check with website. You need most current instruction. I heard that there are couple different version of it and you need the latest version to prevent malfunctioning.
there was one place that my instruction was different from actual part. It is quite easy to figure it out. you just need to build a L shape connector. (on the instruction, it does not explain building this portion). by the way, I called the customer service to solve this issue. Tech Rep was very kind and patient. she solved my problem in matter of minutes. Very nice customer service team that they are running. You might face some difficulties but manufacturer is backing up their product quite nicely.
Anyway, it was little hard to work with tight under sink, but installing this was not too different from typical faucet. Just little more connections, little more hoses and little more time. If you work carefully with wires, you won't face any problem with automatic on/off.
Most people complained about faucet turning on by itself or turning on when they touch the handle. If you worked carefully with wires. You should be okay. I am not a handy person, but after couple try, it made it work.
turning on by just a simple touch is great.
This faucet gives a water strong flow. I get much strong water flow than my previous faucet. (and less splashing) I do not know how that works but I am really happy with this faucet.
For me it was totally worth getting this.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by dcmikez love this faucet, no more need to clean it after cooking
This is a beautiful faucet and we absolutely love the touch feature. It's pretty simple, touch it anywhere with bare flesh and it turns on cold water. This is great if your hands are dirty or oily, removing the need to clean your faucet after you clean your hands.
The faucet installation is pretty complicated, nothing is pre-assembled, but with a slow approach you can do it. The illustrations in the manual aren't the most detailed, but what is these days. The touch feature is a simple capacitor and it's powered by batteries. It should last quite some time before needing to replace them, so that's not a worry. You do have to turn this feature off before you clean the faucet though or else the water will turn on. Since you have to go under the sink to do this, it becomes a bit of a pain, and will likely result in people cleaning it and running water at the same time. This is a waste. Other than that we love this.

I did not know it was possible to have such great disdain for something as simple as a kitchen faucet. If I could burn it, I would. I will have to settle for driving over it with my car. I unfortunately purchased 2 of these for my new kitchen and have had a myriad of problems in the month that I've been stuck using them:
1. Turns on by itself every 10 minutes or so. I'm usually in the next room.
2. Even worse, the product design is horribly thought out. In the OFF position, the touch feature activates it. That means you cannot ever stop the unit from turning on when you are away from home. In the ON position, the touch feature does not work. This is completely backwards.
3. Since the touch feature does not work when the faucet is in the ON position, they temperature control is unavailable. It is ALWAYS COLD. Just to be clear, every time you touch the faucet to turn it on it will be ICE COLD water. This is great for washing your hands and dishes in the winter. You can buy a part for $250 that will adjust the temperature UNDER THE SINK. So if you set that to warm and ever want cold water again, you will need to go under the sink to adjust it. No Iâm not kidding.
4. On a scale from 1 to 10, the splash factor is 750. Or maybe a thousand. It is like taking a hose and holding it 10 feet above the sink and trying to wash dishes, water goes EVERWHERE. Your counters, your floors, your backsplash, and my favorite, your face.
If you have decided not to buy this faucet, then I will be one step closer to saving another person from wasting the good money that I did.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by SpecialGirl Worst purchase EVER!
Until this faucet entered my home, my single regrettable purchase was my GE refrigerator. The fridge rocks when comparing this nightmare of a faucet.
I am a serious home cook. I LOVED the idea of the touch sensor so I didn't have to tough the handle when my hands were contaminated with raw chicken or something worse. The water temperature, when used via the touch system, is ice cold. Not conducive to decontaminating ones hands. I was kinda surprised the water didn't at least come out warm⦠It also turns on for no reason. All the time. I'll be in another room and all of a sudden I hear the faucet come on. It's psycho!
The worst thing about this faucet is the mess it makes. I literally take a shower when I'm doing the dishes. It is ridiculous. The water goes EVERYWHERE!!! I hate it!!!
If we didn't spend so much money on this product, I would replace it immediately. I'm just going to have to suck it up and live with it. Don't waste your money on this faucet. You will regret it.
