This is a beautiful, well made faucet. Unfortunately, the engineering leaves something to be desired. I installed this with the help of my father who is a plumber and it took us some time - there were spacing issues with the wires and hoses and you have to make sure they do not touch, which is hard to do in a tight sink space. We did find some videos online and followed the manual, which wasn't that great to be honest, but after some time (about 90min to 2 hours) we found a way to make it work right.
The default touch sensitivity is too sensitive - the faucet would sometimes come on on it's own until I lowered the sensitivity. Another issue is that when using touch you only get cold water, which is not always the best if you prefer to wash your hands (which are dirty, thus using touch) with warm or hot water. On the plus side it is a very strong flow, which is great.
Overall, there are issues with the faucet - I think the installation is very hard and complicated (when a typical faucet takes 15-20min), the cold water touch, but once you have it working correctly it is a good product, just not great (which I expected for the price point).

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by sacherjj Beautiful Faucet, but sometimes phantom on issue.
This is the highest class faucet I have ever seen. Just a beautiful built piece of plumbing. The operation for the normal activation is smooth and easy to control. I ran into one problem with the handle length, due to close proximity to a thick back splash. Be sure to check out handle throw distance.
I would recommend this for a non-metallic sink install. When I tried on a stainless, I got a few phantom activations of the touch sensor. It took a little electrical insulation between the faucet and sink to stop this "ghost" activation. I would expect most installs for a faucet of this quality and price to go into a underhung sink and mounting in the counter. This would eliminate that problem. Looking at other reviews, there are very few phantom activations.
Install is more complex than a typical faucet. Take your time on install and it goes easy enough. You will really like using it once you get it in place. It is really a classy faucet. The Super Steel Infinity finish is really sharp looking and I prefer over chrome.

I was little worried with this product since I saw too many bad reviews.
I even went to other company websites to see the review and I found out more bad reviews. However, I found one article mentioning that there is a way to overcome all these problems that was repeatedly reported. So I gave it a try.
Let me be frankly. I like this faucet. No, I LOVE this faucet. (of course, my wife LOVE THIS TOO.)
Installation is little bit tricky but you NEED TO FOLLOW instruction to the details. that is the key to the correct operation. also, please check with website. You need most current instruction. I heard that there are couple different version of it and you need the latest version to prevent malfunctioning.
there was one place that my instruction was different from actual part. It is quite easy to figure it out. you just need to build a L shape connector. (on the instruction, it does not explain building this portion). by the way, I called the customer service to solve this issue. Tech Rep was very kind and patient. she solved my problem in matter of minutes. Very nice customer service team that they are running. You might face some difficulties but manufacturer is backing up their product quite nicely.
Anyway, it was little hard to work with tight under sink, but installing this was not too different from typical faucet. Just little more connections, little more hoses and little more time. If you work carefully with wires, you won't face any problem with automatic on/off.
Most people complained about faucet turning on by itself or turning on when they touch the handle. If you worked carefully with wires. You should be okay. I am not a handy person, but after couple try, it made it work.
turning on by just a simple touch is great.
This faucet gives a water strong flow. I get much strong water flow than my previous faucet. (and less splashing) I do not know how that works but I am really happy with this faucet.
For me it was totally worth getting this.

Installation took about 2 hours, taking my time. It took a bit longer because of the electronic controls - I had to find a good space for it, and there was a bit of time adjusting it. Other than that, it was not difficult. The instructions are clear, and there's an instructional installation video on the manufacturer's site.
This thing looks sleek. Everyone likes it, and comments on how modern it looks. It matches well with the typical brushed stainless steel basin. Functionally I really like it. I have no issues with splashing, but maybe I'm used to it since my previous faucet was also a high-arc. You have to remember that with any high-arc, you'll have a stronger water stream when it hits the sink. The handle is buttery smooth, no wobble or looseness, and it's really easy to regulate the flow down to a trickle. The spray head pulls down smoothly and retracts correctly.
The touch feature is awesome. I never realized how nice it was to have until I installed it. With my traditional faucet, when my hands were dirty, I used to always turn the water on with some awkward motion, using my wrist or the back of my hand, etc. Now it's so much easier! The kids love it too, and they have a little too much fun playing with it.
My only concern is that the spray head is plastic - the rest of the faucet is solid metal, the spray head does not have that solid heft to it. But perhaps there is a reason for that; I suppose you wouldn't want a heavy chunk of metal swinging around and smashing your dishes.
Make sure you read the instructions, or watch the installation video. And take the time to check and adjust things like the touch sensitivity, grounding points, hose retraction, etc. If everything is done right, it works really well.

This is one heck of a project for the life of me it was several fumbles but I did exam the high quality of the parts and still reading up on it via web to correctly put it together The instructions were all pictures and I got lost so I'm basically learning the trade via YouTube and self help. So this review will be upgraded when I finish my education on bacic plumming so acquiring this kit surly is teaching more then just sink-anomics but I can't wait to see myself get this thing working so update to this post coming

The faucet looks great and works well. It takes a couple days to get used to the touch function, now it is natural. The touch works every time you touch it (the sensitivity is perfect). The one thing about this - the touch function only works with cold water. Which is great when I want a glass of water. But if you want all temperatures, you have to buy a different faucet or add on a $250 unit.
One suggestion - the braided water supply lines are metal - and they operate the touch function. So you need to be sure they do not touch each other or that they are touched when you are under the sink. I wrapped my supply lines to ensure they did not accidentally activate the touch function - you might want to wrap them before you install them.

The original faucet sent had mismatched parts but the faucet was replaced by a perfect one. The workmanship in the faucet is really top notch. I would recommend it for new installation where one can install before the sink is set in place. Home Depot ships quickly, or for an in-store purchase I would recommend you have them do the install. Prices are reasonable and well worth the money, or get a local plumber for replacement installation. We love the touch feature and the automatic water shut off is great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SouthernUtahBoy Best upgrade to kitchen sink!
I am the cook in my house, and having the touch activation feature of this faucet is priceless. I cook with a lot of chicken, pork, beef, seafood, and I love being able to wash my hands, and clean off my cutting board without having to touch the faucet with my dirty, contaminated hands. The chance of cross contamination is significantly reduced, in my opinion, and makes preparing a serving food in my kitchen safer, and more enjoyable. The faucet does take a little more time, and a little more patience to install than a standard faucet, but it's worth it. I do wish the spray head was a little bigger, but that is my only complaint against this product. Despite the smaller size, it is still very effective at spraying away food particles and stuck-on grime off my dishes, pots, and pans. Very convenient, and I am glad I installed this upgrade in my kitchen.
