I have two questions:

First, how do you recommend I make this stand as a free-standing fence? Second, can I cut this to fit or will it fall apart?

Thanks!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT BUY ! ITS NOT WHATS PICTURED ! What is shown in the picture is willow fencing and that from the picture is what you are expecting not thin brittle twigs wound together with bright wire. A total waste of time and money. In my picture you can see it is actually 2 thin twigs doubled up not a single branch as pictured in the online ad. April 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No what it looked like , This was very poor grade and not what I wanted . Would not use this ever again. September 30, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good product This product doesn't look anything like the website photos. It is entirely see through, with the metal stitching the most prominent aspect. The reeds are all tiny bits that start breaking off just removing from the box. We took one out of the box and were so disappointed. Immediately put it back in the box and returned all of them to the local Home Depot. The best thing we can say about it, is that the return to the store was super easy. Thank god for that. Save your money. This won't screen anything. January 3, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great bambo fencing We needed to cover up our neighbors shabby picket fence and junk that was stored in our view. Found this Bamboo fencing on line at HD and decided to order up 5 rolls of it. At first I though it was not going to do the trick but I was wrong! The bamboo is small diameter but it covers up nicely. Installation is a snap. I used 9/16" monel t50 staples. No problems even after high winds. looks great. I would have no trouble recommending this and would absolutely buy it again. September 6, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I wanted Gardman willow fencing, and did buy the 39 inch R648 product. By mistake I also purchased the next item on the Home Deport website, which looked like the identical product in the 5 foot version. It turned out to be R639, which is fern fencing, not the sturdier willow. It is very fragile and totally see through against a light background, such as a driveway. Look elsewhere for 5 foot Gardman R649 fencing, as HD doesn't stock it. March 26, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by fencing not as shown on website spacing of material is not dense enough to provide much privacy. need two layers of fence to screen unsightly areas. April 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worthless as a screen we were going to attach to existing metal fence. Opened the box and were appalled. Lots of little twigs stuck in the thing with large gaps in between. Could see right through it. Looks like it would also fall apart once outside, but we're returning all 4 we ordered, so we can't speak definitively about that. Looks very flimsy. Metal wire was most prevalant part of the panels. December 30, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This fence did what we wanted it to and provide a level of privacy. It lets the breeze thru also. It is not a screen to completely block out your neighbors or a compost pile. It does provide a level of privacy and still lets a breeze thru. It was not as dark as we thought it would be. It does look nice and was pretty easy to attach to the existing privacy fence with the zip ties. August 25, 2011
