After letting the WetRDri cement cure for 60 days, i painted it with HD's white lanco roof sealer. That was over three months ago and it's working fine.

I have used a roof sealer over the tar area. Mainly for double protection as I live in a mobile home with a porch built on that needed to be resealed where the two connected.

Answer:
yes, I have painted over it in the past. but not any paint. we used a paint provided by Tremco. Its white and you have to wait 30 days after you apply the roof cement for it to cure to be able to paint over it. (thats tremco's warranty specs) You put the paint on in one direction coating the whole roof using a thick nap roller pad. then the next day you coat the whole roof in the other direction.

Answer:
It cannot be painted over with paint or water-based roof coatings. It can be coated, after allowing to cure for about 30 days, with an asphalt based aluminum roof coating.

Answer:
This product is too thick to be applied with a roller. Trowel this product on about 1/8" thick for a great waterproof barrier. Not sure of the coverage rate, but I would guess about 35 sq/ft per gallon.

Answer:
It would depend upon the type of material the mobile home roof is constructed of. My mobile home has a metal roof and it is not recommended for this type of roof. I suggest to refer to the mobile home manuals .Talk with a Home Depot employee and they will be able to assist it this decision. I used the tar on my porch and then a sealer recommended for the mobile home.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by roofing leak sealed We had a leaking roof after the last tropical storm, the roofers we called were busy and the ceiling was falling in due to the unusual amt. of rain. During a 1 hr stoppage of rain we repaired our own roof and 1 mo later still no leaks. Thanks July 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product It seals and protects any type of roof from leaking March 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No good People have a habit of praising Gardner's products prematurely I've used this and several other products such as Stop Leak and one of their aluminum coatings. Their products might work temporarily but once they give in it can wreak havoc on your roof, and when you least expect it. To say the least I'm convinced this company is a total scam and I will have to look elsewhere for a solution to fix my leaky roof. I'm gearing towards their Eterna Kote but I don't want to waste $225.00 for a item that does not work. February 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It works Used it ... My roof is better but still leaks might have to use other gallons April 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what we wanted We were looking for "tar" to help us seal the new rolled roofing we were putting on our old garage. We wanted something that was thicker than many of todays roof sealers. This has a consistency like old fashioned tar and was just what we needed. December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Purchase Great product for the roof. Easy to apply and great coverage. November 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doesnt work in rain! Attempted to use this product on a metal roof where it meets the concrete chimney in the rain. Product wouldn't stick to the metal or even the concrete. Will be returning to place of purchase to see about a refund. Very wet and dissatisfied customer, October 28, 2015
