Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product So far this product is holding up well, the only thing that would have been nice is, if it would have had some sort of self adhesive on it. September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by been a month and three thunderstorms and still holding up Its been a month so far and we have had three thunderstorms so far and the roof is holding up just fine. I had to remove a customer built sky light that was put in in 1956 original to the home. I am a woman... and a mom to three kids... my husband is deployed so I have to really pull things together. It does help that I grew up with a family of construction worker's but I am a kinder teacher and no handyman... so if I can do it I truly believe anyone can. I did have a flat roof so that helped. I removed the light and debris.. measured and cut new roof boards but plywood can 've used too.. I cleaned the area of leaves and then laid my membrane... I did have to cut it on the garage floor to the correct size I needed and then roll that piece up before going onto the roof... but it went on nicely with no real issues.. I do say take your time.. make sure its a sunny day the heat will help it stick well and then make sure you get the air bubbles out as much as possible I rented a heavy press roller thing from the rental center.. and managed to lug it onto the roofing but if your not strong you could use the kind that fills with water... get it up there then fill it up of course.. took a couple hours at most May 13, 2014
