Answer:
Without seeing the wiring coming from the slicer this reply is based on some basic assumptions.
1. Do not run the ground wire through the switch. The ground wire must be connected to the ground wire and/or housing on the meat slicer at all times!

2. Assuming you have a black (hot), white (neutral) and green wire coming from the cord and that you have both a black (hot), white (neutral) coming from the slicer.
3. Assuming you are replacing a switch with the same set of terminals on the bottom.
4. I would wire the black (hot) and white (neutral) from the incoming cord to the terminals located at the end of the switch.
5. I would then wire the black (hot) and the (white) neutral to the terminals in the center of the switch. Make sure the black to the slicer is directly across from the black on the incoming line and the whites (neutrals) are directly across from each other. This will then break the hot and neutral when the switch is flipped.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Switch works great on my custom made vacuum forming table I built a vacuum forming table to make various parts for my hobbies. I installed a 3 phase vacuum motor, and needed an easy way to turn it on and off. This switch is well made and does a good job of providing AC power to the vacuum motor. December 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Push hard Aok, considerable pressure needed to "flip" the switch. Not a problem for my particular use. Agree with another reviewer that his could be problematic for some. May 15, 2016
