This switch is weather, dust and water resistant, but it is not water proof.

Rewiring a brass floor lamp with 3 candelabra sockets and one center mogul base.

Answer: 
The GSW-68 is a single pole/triple throw switch, but you would have to check with the manufacture of the lamp to make sure it is a suitable fit.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Switch I just wore out my first one, which was bought in 2008. Is the most used switch in the house. Has light load, 13 W CFL, but was close to lamp and I think heat hastened its demise. I estimate I got at least 40,000 operations out of it. Will replace it with another just like it. Certainly heavier loads would likely shorten life. February 21, 2015
