I have a 2 story business building made of cement, cement sidewalks and stairs and is this machine powerful enough to take mold and clean things up? I want something that will last for awhile as well.
Want to be able to use soap and if you think something else will serve me better please let me know. This is about my limit on price.

Thanks

Generac’s 3800psi power washer can be utilized in conjunction with either the white (wash) pressure nozzle, which is ideal for cleaning driveways and sidewalks, or the green (clean) pressure nozzle, which should be utilized for removing stains on hard, porous surface, such as concrete surfaces. Moreover, the unit does in fact feature a black (detergent) nozzle, which provides detergent via the unit’s lance. The detergent would be siphoned from a detergent bottle, or container, through the unit’s commercial series Annovi Reverberi Triplex pump. The detergent’s flow can be customized via the control valve, which is located on the unit’s pump. Please note that the pumps on our power washers are not metered, as suction is provided from the tank through the pump. Considering this, the concentration of the cleaning agent does not change as it goes through the power washer, and the mix rate in the chemical tank will be pulled through the high pressure water stream, staying the same through the spray gun. There are many factors that can affect the dilution rate for the chemical tank, however, such as the GPM rate, the viscosity of the detergent being used, and the size of the orifice on the soap nozzle you are using. When running at full throttle, the 3800 psi Power Washer has a rating of approximately 3.6 GPM; you may be able to use this GPM rating to compare to the recommendations for your particular cleaning agent. Also, please note that any acidic solultions, (including bleach, acids, or citrus scented soaps) should not be utilized and are not recommended for use. Considering this, we as the unit’s manufacturer can recommend utilizing a mild (non citrus) dish soap, or liquid auto soap, when utilizing your residential power washer’s detergent nozzle. Any damage incurred through the use of such cleaning agents would void the product’s warranty. Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid Machine for bigger jobs Had machine for ~ 3 months at time of review; usage is general home care. Great power for home use, 3.8 GPM helps keep large amounts of material moving. 35 foot hose is nice, a 50 foot house would be perfect. Wish that the unit had a more significant muffler; it's quite loud and you really need ear protection for anything other than short usages. Your neighbors know this is running. Also, it be nice if packaging was a bit more compact - frame provides protection but also makes it big overall. Fold down handle helps. Unit starts reasonably well - key is to be sure to relieve the line pressure after a few pulls. Adjust the above and it gets 5 stars. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product works great as expected I purchased this model to start my own pressure washing business this summer! I chose this model because you get the most bang for your buck! Other models were way more expensive with nothing more to offer! Plus, you can't beat the Generac Gaurantee!!! Thanks Generac!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Powerful I purchased this unit for my personal use. I have to say 3800 psi is very powerful, more powerful than I thought it would be. Love the power washer I just have to be careful on my vinyl siding. Usually starts on first pull. July 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Pressure Washer Very easy set-up! Basically unbox, read instructions (2x), add oil, fuel, and start (2nd pull). Start was easy and I am 155lbs. Machine runs well, plenty of pressure, and very nice wand - it is long and heavy duty. Probably didn't need this much machine but I like purchasing good equipment and this is very good equipment. Have about 4hrs use on it so far. Only complaint is that on the pump there is the head of a nut near the water hose connection that has taken a chunk out of my thumb twice will tightening the hose - now I wear a glove. It will walk a little on hard surfaces and leave marks if you don't put a towel or rag under the rubber feet. Bought a Surface Cleaner for sidewalks, patio, and composite decking. It is amazing! Be sure to dial pressure back a good bit so it doesn't take off too much of your surfaces, especially decking - dial it way back. June 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a pressure washer I had a craftsman pressure for about 6 years. Junk from the first time I used it.It worked ok but would take 3-4 hours to wash the deck. With this generac only 20 minutes. It will clean anything and everything. The only downfall is the wand is very long! Great for doing your siding but unless your 6 ft 6 you are going to want to buy a shorter lance to wash a deck sidewalk or driveway.Should of bought this years ago. Worth every penny! April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 3,800 PSI GPM Powered Presure Washer It's a very good presure Washer for the price It have good Power . April 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent machine I got this machine about a year ago after my previous washer of some 10 years - a 2700 psi unit - was beginning to die. And I have not regretted it. The engine starts at the first pull...usually. Once or twice for some reason it required about 5 attempts, but usually it's just one or two. And the washer has serious muscle, making light work of any cleaning job - at least the ones I've had. About the only thing I think would improve this unit is provision for battery starting. It's a fairly big engine and if you have a hard start and end up having to pull it 5 or 6 times (rare), your hemoglobin starts to drop! The other small critique is that operating the trigger can tire a thinly muscled person rapidly. I've had to come up with some creative ways to keep the trigger pulled in for long jobs (lasting 4 or 5 hours). Overall, it's worth every cent. I heartily recommend it. February 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very happy with the Generac This pressure washer is VERY powerful. I use it to clean my driveway and back patio and it got both surfaces bright and clean without using detergents or degreasers. I have logged over 8 hours with it and cleaned over 1,200 sq ft of surface that had several years of dirt and grime. Pros: tons of cleaning power, unit does not leak, has a large gas tank that limits interruptions, and the lance and gun are sturdy and long enough to reach outer surface of 1st story gutters and siding. Cons: awkward location of pull cord, foot pads leave black marks, screws that attach hose holder to frame are too long and do not work. Highly recommend. May 6, 2015
