Read instructions and manual thoroughly filled with proper oil,and regular gas.Started right up washed my house and driveway with ease, machine worked excellent. Only slight problem was psi hose kept curling up it was wrapped in tight circle in box. I stopped machine unhooked psi hose stretched out on driveway in the hot Florida sun ate lunch, everything worked great. Next day washed my sisters house and driveway with no problem and with excellent results. This is a great machine and great price at the Depot. I would definately recommend to a friend or any body. GREAT

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bill This product is easy to operate and works well.
I found this product was easy to operate, and was completely
satisfied with the finished job. My sidewalk looks amazing and couldn't believe just how dirty it was. I didn't even have to use a cleaning solution

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by RK114 Great features but lacks in design
The Washer is set up nicely and easy to use. However, when I tried to roll it around, I found that the wheels were to close to the frame rails causing them to rub. Very poor design. They need a redo or different spacers to keep the wheels away from the frame and keep them from "wobbling". This is a problem, especially when actually using the washer while hoses are attached and under pressure I sent an email to the the Mfr. Generac, expressing my concerns, and to date, I have received no response. This unit was ordered through the Hanover store, and shipped directly to me from Generac. There is an easy fix, shame they do not seem to care to refit the unit.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kajun Best Pressure washer for the money
Within 5 minutes I was able to start washing. Cranked on the first pull and has cranked on the first pull at least 10 times since then. I have put about 7 hours on it and everything is working great. The washer is plenty powerful for all household projects. I had purchased a Homelite equivalent to the Generac and returned the Homelite. The Generac is built much better although the quality of the hose could be better no other comparable washer has a better hose. Gas tank is large enough to last over an hour of continuous running. The oil can be checked from both sides of the engine and the hose hookups are conveniently located in the rear for easy connectivity.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by acemoonbeam Impressive design
When my Craftsman PW died after 4 years, I decided to buy a Generac PW mainly because I've had such a good experience with my Generac portable generator. The real test of these things is how long they last, and that is always uncertain. (The engines are hardy, but the pumps wear out and replacing them is not cost effective.)
I am impressed by the thought that went into the design of this unit. Attach points and controls are up front and easy to reach. The built in soap dispenser makes using soap very convenient. The engine is easy to start and runs smoothly. At this point, I really have no complaints at all.

Washer arrive with a broken air filter cover. Called Generac Customer on a Saturday and was told I would receive a new cover by the following Friday. Tomorrow has been 5 weeks since I first called. No cover yet. I have called many times, and get the runaroiund every time. I finally spoke with a Supervisor, and she assured me that she would contact me the next day with some answers. That was 3 days ago, and she has not called me back, and will not return my messages. Don't know how the washer works, the the customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself the aggravation and get a different brand.
