It is a large unit, dwarfs my other 2800PSI unit. The wheel was damaged in shipping so the local HD bent it back in place so the tire would seat properly, the wheel is dinged up but functional now. It was very hard to start, after about 15-20 pulls, it finally started. But in the first 2 hours of use, it shut down by itself for no reason. It is still hard to start.
When running, it is very powerful. I was using my driveway washer with it and couldn't keep it down so there is a downside for so much power. Comes with multiple tips and a long wand. Probably a little overkill for a normal household pressure washer but I have big toys that need cleaning. And who doesn't like a Binford2000 PW.
Very pleased with purchase but only for the big discount it was on sale for. It's not worth full price to me

This washer is by far more than I needed as a homeowner but I knew this going into the purchase that it would be. I compared numerous models and $$ to $$ this was the best option. I got a great deal (my opinion) and only paid $750.00 out the door but it was an on-line only from Home Depot. (Regularly $899.00) I truly like the features of having multiple nozzles for different types of work and the extra long wand with support handle makes it truly easy to get to places that I might would have needed a ladder. The entire product is made with great quality and is quite durable. The unit is easily moved from one location to the next and with the long hose I didn't have to move it but twice to complete the washing of my house and boardwalk. I caution though ... this is a very powerful tool and will certainly "eat" through most anything if not properly used. When I first started using it I thought it was doing a wonderful job on my boardwalk only to find that it was removing a layer of wood and not just the dirt. Hence, I backed off and it did what it was supposed to do. (DAH ... on my part)
Pro: Easy to set-up upon arrival and everything came with it. (Except gas). Extremely powerful and will do whatever job you think it won't. It has a brass pump and not an aluminum one which is a huge plus. Storage and mobility of the unit is good. The hose and wand has it's own place on the unit for storage so everything stays together and neat. I have cleaned my house siding, boardwalk, concrete driveway, privacy fence and used it to wash both vehicles. AWESOME tool ... and now I can relax.
Con: (All minor) With all the pressure that is used to power the wand and spray nozzle ... it WILL wear you out. Be prepared to work. (I say work ... it works ... I had to be there to hold it) I did not care for where the pull crank string placement is to start it since it's in an awkward place with a bar in front of it but it is accessible. The strainer that goes into the pump to reduce any debris while the water hose is hooked up does not actually seat permanently so this has to be removed upon storage so it does not get lost. The muffler heat does get some of the brass connectors hot so let it cool down a bit before removing the water hose. My throttle is a bit difficult to move back and forth but it just may need some WD-40 or maybe it's made that way so it does not move while the engine is running from the vibration. Noisy ... wear ear protection.

First , I've been in the power washing business for 4 years and have followed all instructions in the manual for this machine. I have experience with many power washers both hot/cold. I've owned this machine for a little over 2 weeks now and have used it for around 30 hours of operation. First the good. The engine and the pump have for the most part supplied great pressure. The bad: The first day I used this machine on a flat and level surface. Within 2 hours of operation the engine's vibration had caused the washer holding one of the wheels on the axle to fall off. By the time I noticed it the axle had slipped almost completely out of the wheel and it was on the verge of falling off. I reinstalled the washers but in another 2 hours it happened again. This in itself is not a big deal, disappointing for a brand new machine but something I could fix myself.
The wand is way to long for any ground work. I'm 6' 2" and I had the trigger assembly up to my armpit to clean a small portion of concrete sidewalk properly. The trigger is, well.. junk. After three days of normal use it was having problems activating. Many times now I have had to squeeze the trigger multiple times to finally activate. I know you can just buy another wand but should you have to?
The machine has been a hard starter from the beginning. I understand that a cold start may require several pulls to start the engine but even when trying to start the machine after being off for less than ten minutes always takes at least 3-4 pulls.
The machine has completely lost pressure once for no explainable reason. It has stalled once for no explainable reason. All of these issues within 30 hours of operation makes me not trust this model or company at all. I'll give it three stars for the engine and pump working with good pressure for the most part, but it just doesn't seem dependable enough for me to keep. I'll be returning it shortly.

Powerful power washer. The only negatives I have are 1) I find the power waher hard to start. 2) Two of the four bolts that hold on the fuel tank on fell off after 15 minutes of use.and the other two were very loose. I would have expected better quality from Generac. This problem kept me from buying a Generac generator a week later.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Wickedgeek would be 5 stars but for poor Generac customer service
The unit arrived in good condition. Washer works very well and with the 4000psi/4gpm rating cleans very fast.
Only issue was that upon first use the "Unloader Adjustment" came lose (near zero pressure from the unit). The jam-nut was not fully tight.
I requested the adjustment procedure from Generac and met a wall.
After repeated attempts to get the needed adjustment instructions from Generac resulted in no success I contacted Annovi Reverberi (the pump manufacturer) and within minutes had the entire service manual for the pump. The adjustment to correct the problem took less than ten minutes but required a pressure gauge.
The pressure washer quality is very good. Customer service needs improvement! Kudos to Annovi Reverberi!
