Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. Although we do not guaranty the results and have not tested painting the panels, some primers and paints are specifically formulated for plastics, including PVC. For example: Krylon® Fusion, Valspar® and Rustoleum® manufacture a plastic primer that can be applied and then a standard latex or acrylic paint can be used as a topcoat. There are other primers and paint that are designed to cover vinyl siding that may work.
Generally, paints that are mostly acrylic-based are the best as they stick to the vinyl better without cracking or chipping off. Urethane-modified acrylic paint also works well. Do not use poor quality latex or oil-based paints as they will not expand and contract with the surfaces and will crack and chip. Please feel free to contact our customer care team at 800.434.3750 for any further questions or needed assistance. Thank you!

Answer:
You need to determine your layout to figure out how many tiles you need. Even though you have 403sq. /ft you will probably need more than 403sq. ft of tile, as some tiles may need to be cut. Each case comes with 12 tiles. Each tile is 4 sqft . You can buy per-a-tile, not per-a-case. I was shipped a case of tiles plus some additional loose tiles as I ordered an odd number. No issues in shipping.
