Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DJArchitect Looks Good - Plastic Parts BREAK
I purchase this product. LOOKS GOOD but in cold weather the brackets broke. If you read the specs it sounds like the product is aluminum. NOT SO. The brackets are plastic. Only way to get parts is from the MFR. They do NOT except credit cards, have to use the US Mail to order parts. POOR service.
BE CAREFUL when you purchase items online.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by BigJoe Good looking but too flimsy.
I followed the instructions to the letter but the pole base was too flimsy. The box itself isn't too sturdy either. I had to improvise and stick a piece of lumber inside the pole and into the ground to make it a little stronger. I don't think it will last too long

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jackie A very good purchase.
Definitely requires 2 persons to install, mainly in 2 areas: 1} while pouring concrete in ground for leveling of the post. 2} for securing mailbox to base, the bolts were slightly short for securing the nuts onto the bolt . Use of a needle nose pliers was necessary for securing. Would have liked the option in choosing a flag color in lieu of red preferably brass/gold. Separate flag accessory purchase is unavailable at Home Depot Centers. Would appreciate a source of supply if flag can be purchased separately elsewhere.

The problem with this product is if you set it to the correct height, the square post will not be covered with concrete. This will allow the mailbox to twist and turn and not be stable. The square post should be longer. I had to add a 6 inch form above the ground and pour additional concrete to stablize the mailbox. It does not look very good with the concrete above the ground. I think it is a poor design.
Other than this, the mailbox is great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jabbercat Nice looking, solid mailbox
This is a nice looking and hopefully long lasting mail box and post. My only complaint was that the post was scratched. It was not worth repacking and returning. Will grab some Rustoleum and paint the scratch. The mail box does not sit perfectly flat on the post unless you add a few bolts to the screws before fastening to the post in the front.

Extremely attractive mailbox. Love the color, design and quality. Priced well but looks expensive.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Yasureup Mailbox looks good but paint doesn't hold up
Paint on support for box and arm has faded badly. Also they are plastics. The rest is metal. Stupid design. Annoying.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by lisasco Broke by flying snow from plow
The shelf holding the mailbox is too flimsy. The post is metal and the shelf the mailbox sits on should be metal too. Flimsy plastic just isn't strong enough. It broke the first time a snow plow pushed heavy, wet snow onto it.
