Basic Window Film Application Kit is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from window film application kit I wound up only using the razor which you can get anywhere. It was awkward to use the plastic pieces.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from okay if you only need to do one window. I had to do 25 windows in my condo so this product does not cut it. you need to be very patience and make sure you trim the blade for a new one after each window. the squeeze make sure to wear a glove or a cloth or it will end up cutting into your skin at the base of your thumb. the plastic guide to trim the sides of the window is cumbersome to use. again if you are doing only one window and you take your time this package is okay if you have several windows find better tools.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from useful installation tools Ordered this item at same time as the window film. We figured that we would get going faster on the project of installing the film on our windows if we had the tools. The plastic edgers were especially helpful. Price was attractive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Product as described Even though I only needed part of the kit individual parts could not be purchased. However, it works and that is all that counts!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Helps but not well made the material used in making it is not as strong as it should be ..could be better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Useful & convenient, but not essential I bought the kit as recommended when tinting the garage windows. It was convenient to have the necessary tools in one pack, but not essential. The spray was the key component. Any razor is better than the one provided in the kit. If you've got a decent razor to trim the film and a ruler (or flat tool) to smooth out the air bubbles, just buy the spray. If not, buy the kit for sheer convenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trust me... Buy this if installing Tint. The squeegee is the most important tool. Works outstandingly. Went back over all the windows that I had tinted without it & it cleared them up of all mini bubbles still stuck between film & window. I had used a rubber squeegee to install the film, trust me & get this kit... worth the few dollars to insure a professional looking install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was what it claims to be and do. A bit tricky if window is larger as one set of hands isn't enough to press it out. The design is thicker looking than I'd prefer but we used it to cover up a moisture area between the double pane glass. It does that well and looks as if water froze on the glass. So, it'll be interesting how it looks once summer arrives and someone might wonder why we have ice on our windows!
