Customer Questions & Answers

Handles are crooked

The handles are not straight such that the handle that turns, and the rest of the part of the faucet do not line up. Since they are both square it is obvious that they don't line up. How do you straigten the handle, such that when you turn off (ie., the cold water) the water is off and the lever lines up with the rest of the faucet. Right now, if you line up the turn part of the cold water faucet (lever) with the rest of the cold water faucet the water still trickles out. To turn it off such that the water is completely off the lever does not line up with the rest of the faucet.
Asked by: Toronto
The handles are connected to the cartridge stem so it could be an issue with the cartridge itself. Simply contact the Customer Care Department at 1-877-580-5682 and they can assist you in getting the cartridges that you need to fix the issues that you have.
