This is a great example of "you get what you pay for!" this little vanity / sink combo is totally what I was looking for, but was afraid I wouldn't find...it's very small, just like the space I had for it! I found it online, then went to the store to see it for myself! At the price, my fear at that point was that it would be a tacky little waste of money, not worth bringing home! Not the case! It went in easy, looks fine, and does it's job as intended. If only everything worked out as well, projects would be far less stress!

I needed this vanity to replace a small existing vanity. It fit perfectly, easy to install. Cost a little more than I expected.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JSmith Looks good, top wasn't level and other issue
So far....it looks ok. TIme will tell.
The sink does not sit flush on the vanity, so I had to use a shim to stop it from tilting left to right. Was I the only one w/ this issue?
The feet on the vanity are not adjustable, so, if you are installing in an old house (as I was) you may need shims to level the vanity in the bathroom. You can buy plastic ones (for toilets) and get like 10 for $1.99. They work well.
Seems odd the only thing holding the sink to the vanity is silicone caulk. I'd be more comfortable if there were 2-3 fasteners that did that instead.
In my photo, you can see when the sink and vanity are flush to the back wall of the bathroom, the front of the sink overhangs the front of the vanity and creates an 'empty space'. This is supposedly where you are supposed to put silicone to bond the sink to the vanity, but you can only do that on the sides where it is touching the vanity.
Had an issue w/ the plunger for the faucet I bought (to pull to plug the sink). See photo. The center hole in the sink prevented the plunger from going straight down, I had to bend the plunger assembly to work around this. ( I bought the Mandouri 4 in. Centerset 2-Handle High Arc Bathroom Faucet to go w/ this vanity. )
Also, vanity fits in back seat of a car if you are picking it up. Its good for a small bathroom.

I got this to replace a pedestal that was a little too big for my 1/2 bath. I wasn't able to open the door all the way with the pedestal there and with this one not only can I open the door all the way, I also have a cabinet that I can store things in. I love that. It was also very easy to install and looks great.

This vanity fit perfectly in my small bathroom. Even though it is small it still provides ample space to store things and work on the plumbing underneath.
