Looks nice and great concept just like all their faucet, but the quality of glacier bay faucets are horrilbe! This faucet in particliar that i purchased for a job had missing parts. As a result i had to make another 40 mile trip back there the next day with a new laundry faucet (which was not a glacier bay).

Installation instructions are written poorly. It is not possible to understand several steps. This is not a first facet replacement in my life. After facet was installed we found that cartridge was defective...

Be warned that this installation requires making a larger than standard center hole in the sink to accommodate the pull-out hose assembly. I assembled the components out of the box and installed the faucet in the utility sink prior to dropping the sink into the custom fitted counter top. Hooked up the drain and water supplies, turned on the water and the pull out hose leaked copiously at its connection point under the sink. Once installed, it is virtually impossible to work on these connections as there is no room behind the sink to turn wrenches, so the entire assembly has to be removed. Found that the hose end that connects to the faucet body requires a small o-ring, which was missing, possibly because it may have been at the bottom of the box that I had already thrown away. Trying to find the right size replacement will likely prove to be a challenge. I cannot recommend this product and advise spending a bit more for better quality design and functionality.

On the box this faucet was advertized as a "pull-out laundry faucet". In other words to be used on a utility sink. I purchases this one to replace my old but excellent faucet that would not fit (too wide) on my new utility sink. Well maybe this faucet would be OK in a kitchen or a bathroom for washing hands, but it is woefully inadequate on a utility sink. I found two things that made this faucet unsuitable for this purpose.
1. The water flow was just terrible. It would be OK for filling a coffee pot but I am not going to wait two to three minutes to fill a 3 gallon bucket. I wanted a good strong flow of water just like I had from my old faucet.
2. The sprayer function is OK for rinsing vegetables or dishes but useless when you need a strong spray to clean off muddy boots, clean a large pot used for spaghetti sauce or blast off the last bit of gunk from a garden tool.
The other thing I did not like is that once you press the spray button it stays in spray mode until you shut the water off. Then it returns to aerated flow mode. Unfortunately I cannot return this item since I installed and bedded it with silicone caulk. But I will replace this one ASAP.

Does the job. Hoped to find a higher quality utility faucet. This was the best this particular store had in stock. Would gladly pay more for a U.S.A. made faucet. Wish HD carried an alternative to cheap imports.
