CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 22 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great in my RV I have an older travel trailer that I'm restoring and I've been wanting a pull-out faucet for the galley sink. Most smaller RVs have a 4-inch on-center sink, like a home lavatory or laundry basin. Faucets like this through the RV parts channels are very expensive, usually $150 to $200. I wasn't willing to drop that for a faucet so when I saw this little gem at Home Depot, I grabbed it. Installation was pretty simple. I had a 2-hole arrangement in the counter so I had to drill a center hole for the pull-out hose to pass through. Took me about 5 minutes. When I first installed everything and pressurized the system there was a leak between the hose and feed line. I discovered that there was a rubber washer missing and it was nowhere to be found. My local Home Depot found one for me and solved the problem. Once I put it back together it worked great and still does after nearly a year and several outings. I'm very happy with it and would have given it an excellent rating if not for the inconvenience that the missing part caused. Other than that, it is a great value. February 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good but small flow The faucet have a good look, low price and pull out head. I installed it on my garage sink. It was easy installation and no leaky. The only dissatisfaction is that the water flow is so mild with out enough pressure. March 11, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as expected Purchased this for a basement utility sink. Everything works fine but there seems to be a reduction on the water flow pressure. I looked for a reducer in line but couldn't find one. I moved it to a sink I don't often use and used the older one in the basement utility sink. Other than the reduction in pressure it's a decent buy. The price was good for the product. February 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I gave it a second chance! Remember to save your receipt. At first, the product has received many bad reviews. Rightly so, as the hot water valve seemed to have issues with dripping. After a year of missing my hot water...recently decided to give this another go, as I REALLY like the way the faucet works for my wash basin in the basement. It seems the company has gotten wise about their complaints and have changed the design of the fitting connectors. I'd like to assume this redesign has fixed their faulty hot water issues, as my current redesign is functioning great. January 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed even having low expectations I read the reviews and knew not to expect a high quality faucet. I knew it was plastic and for the money I wouldn't expect anything more. The faucet looked good and the installation was easy, but once I turned on the water, I immediately realized that this faucet is going back to Home Depot. The hot faucet valve had a slow leak. It wasn't leaking anywhere where I made the connections, but the leak was from the valve itself and the water was dripping from under the knob. Also, as others have mentioned, the water flow is VERY LOW. There is a flow restrictor built-in and the only way to improve the flow is to "fudge" with it. Oh well... November 30, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality "forget about it" Save your money and buy a real brand name product . Since day one of installing, this prouuct has dripped constantly and has a problem with pressure. Great product for target practice..... December 31, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor quality I bought this faucet and was a complete waste of money . What A Huge disappointment. I would give it a zero star but wouldn't let me. December 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great find! I thought that this was an unusually good find - usually only kitchen faucets have the pull-out integrated faucet/sprayer. It installs easily and looks rich. Having the pull-out nozzle makes washing hair and containers a breeze. Because it connects with 1/2 inch hose, the 3/8 end needed an adapter to go to the copper source. December 10, 2014
