Toilet does not come with water supply line, so if you are going to replace your old one you will have to purchase that separately. I had trouble seating the tank, but understand there is some wobble inherent in the design between tank and toilet to allow for sudden impact which could cause breakage. Since my tank was so close to the wall it was an easy fix to just put a small felt pad (furniture pad) between the back of the wall and the tank. Now it is sturdy and since it can not travel back when someone could potentially lean back against it when sitting down the problem of a wobbly tank is fixed. Great upgrade to replace old toilet, seat height is much better and design is modern.

The toilet leaked after installation. Thought it wasn't done right. Called plumber back in. He changed wax rings, put in a second. Tightened everything that could be tightened. It still leaked. Called plumber again. He came back, uninstalled toilet and turned it upside down. There was a small defect under the rim which was not visible to the naked eye until water went through it. Stupid toilet cost me three plumbers visits and a lot of frustration for what should have been a simple matter. Don't buy Glacier Bay toilets. every plumber I talked to said they were not reliable or long lasting.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Toyota4life Good product overall But....
This is a good product but the one thing I don't like is that sometimes after flushing solids there is remnants still left in the bowl that could where the water will not be able to wash away no matter how many times you flush since the water level is much lower and the water doesn't swirl around like other toilets. The water level in the bowl is less than other toilets and that could be one of the problems with the remnants but overall a good product

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GApeach Do not buy unless you enjoy scrubbing toilets
I bought a house with a recently remodeled bathroom by the previous owner. They decided to put this toilet in. If you use toilet paper, this is a minimum of 2 flushes. If you go #2, expect at least 5 flushes and then you will need to scrub the toilet bowl with a toilet brush to clean it. I'm not sure how this saves any water. I hate this toilet so much, I am planning to rip it out and find a replacement. It truly is disgusting.

The green board sheet rock, the mud and texture, the acoustic spray, plus the paint and brushes came from Home Depot. The new light fixture was from Home Depot. All the lumber for the 4 new cabinets, the hinges, the pulls and the drawer slides all came from Home Depot. The 3 mirror medicine cabinet is from Home Depot. Even the new blade for my table saw and the sanding belts and router blades were all from my local Home Depot.

We have the pre 1994 toilets that use 3.5 gallons of water to flush. I have been told I would not like the new systems because they use to little water and can't get the job done. It has been roughly 3 weeks. We have not had one problem!
We live in one of the hottest areas of Arizona. Since we moved in our master bath has stayed uncomfortably hot. I kept thinking it was the skylight...nope. It was that old toilet. We have no cold water in the summer and that old pot was being filled with hot water and a lot of hot water. When I changed it out the sides were still hot. Our bathroom is unbelievably cooler! I would never have guessed. And it was easy to change out! Going to buy another and looking forward to saving a little on water.

I ordered the item and set up delivery over the phone...couldn't have been more convenient! It was delivered the next day, and the delivery guys were very professional and personable.
I had the toilet installed by my plumber,as he was doing other work in my house, so I can't comment on that.
I will definitely be back to Home Depot for my next project!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sandy great toilets
Bought 2 of them, tall, extended, high-efficiency, dual flush. They are great, work well, comfortable height, don't take up too much room. Seats come loose, as they all do, but other than that, recommend them.
