I installed two of these recently. It seems the tank moves from the front to the back a lot. Is this normal? I'm not sure why it's this loose.

Answer:
No that is not normal. In order for the Tank not to move it requires some rubber bumpers to be installed. There should be a set of 2 in the installation kit provided. If not please refer to the contact # of the manufacture.

Answer:
Jim,
Bear in mind that with a 14" rough-in, you can accommodate any 12" rough-in quite easily (and these units are much more common). However, you will of course have about 1 to 3-inches of space between the wall and tank. If this is the exact scenario you are looking to prevent, then please follow the link to a list of all 14-inch rough-in units offered by The Home Depot:

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 47 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great working toilet The contractor installed it so I have no idea how easy it was to install it. But its worked very well with the Dual options. No issues with having to flush 2x. It was also on sale when I purchased it & it saves water-its a win-win! The only flaw-is the tank kind of wobbles. I can't tell if it was the contractor or its a flaw from the manufacturer. July 19, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok but not the best Toilet sits uneven top/ bottom - not thrilled with water saver feature since it doesn't hold much water in bowl to wash down..... August 2, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SO SO The 2 parts didn't fit together right makes it look lopsided. Otherwise clean looking and water saver so all is well. July 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with toilet Great buy for adual flush. Works well if you have limited space. No issues with "incomplete" flushes. It would be nice if it came with a soft close seat option instead having to buy one and send the included one to the landfill June 21, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by worst toilet. tank loose. The tank is always in movement you can't use is horrible, we have to put I little piece of plastic between the tank and the toilet, it was the only way, it didn't move. May 8, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst toilet ever This toilet was inexpensive for a reason. The first day the flimsy toilet seat broke. The dual flush works for a simple flush but I have yet to have a successful flush of the number 2 button. Always leaves residual in the toilet. Which is fine if you don't care that the toilet will always be dirty but really this is the least sanitary toilet I have ever owned. I would recommend spending more and getting a name brand product. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good buy install was easy, toilet was as described, arrived in one piece, not broken. flush system working so far so good. would purchase again. only down side the round was not available at my local HD. other wise all good. March 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Ever This is the second one that I purchased, the first being seven months ago. This toilet does use less water and I love the round seat vs elongated. Unfortunately, the round seat must be ordered and is a lot more expensive than the elongated seat. One of my Consumer Reports issue recommended this toilet and I am very happy with this buy.
