I give it a 10, you half to hold the button down for about 4 sec. This gives it the complete flush so fluids/solids can go down the pipe.

When you push the blue button it causes both buttons to go down releasing the most amount of water allowed, just the chrome button and it is the water saver button.

One review said only the tank was biscuit colored, and the rest of the toilet was white. Is that information correct? Is the entire toilet biscuit?

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 165 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Doing the job nicely. This is the first comfort height, dual flush toilet that I've owned and I like it. The unit is solid, straight forward and the value is there. On the downside the 1.6 gpf volume is barely sufficient for solids. 1.8 might be better. The washers used at the floor mounting are plastic and not sufficient to allow the toilet to be firmly bound to the floor. I improvised with additional metal. Unfortunately the washer provided also acts as the bind mechanism for the decorative cap. That scheme needs to be rethought. The tank is attached to the base with two bolts. This scheme allows the tank to move more than it seems that it should. The toilet that it replaced used three and there was no back and forth motion at all. June 21, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by After Five Years of Use Purchased this toilet 8-8-2011, I had install experience having installed several toliets in the past and found this toilet easy to install using a better wax seal that matched my application on a ten year old house. We found that the flush is limiting and often you have to flush my than once to pass all waste, or to clean the bowl. Pretty much standard with these water savers. The quality of the product is really good considering cost and the dual flush valve has orked very well as long as you keep the plunger button mechanisium clean and lubricated with a cleaner like Mean Green. I've had it five years so far and seems a keeper. Recommend purchase. July 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Replaced water waster I thought I order 2 of these duel flush units, but I received the order it was 2 single flush units, had to install 1 because I had removed the 2 older units, returned 1 single flush unit and ordered the dual flush installed it, I think it works better than the single flush now I have one of each, would prefer the dual flush. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by BAD, BAD DESIGN Bought this toilet and I am getting rid of it ! DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET ! The toilet looks pretty, BUT, the water level in the bowl is TOO LOW and when it is used, the WASTE falls on the sides and short of in the water. It does not flush well and you have to clean it with a toilet brush after mostly every use. It's a poor design as there must be more water in the bowl for the WASTE to fall on and not stain or stick to the sides. I spoke with Home Depot and they say the bowl water level can not be adjusted on this toilet because of the design no exchange either. Getting rid of it and getting another one. Hope this info is helpful. It's only good for doing # 1 in it. July 15, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Buy Very good product and the price was very reasonable. August 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice low flow toilet Very easy to assemble and install. Use the perfect seal rubber+wax floor seal -- works best. The toilet did not come with rubber bumpers to cushion the tank from the bowl section. Thus it wobbles a bit and bumps a bit. I'll have to find something to insert to work as a bumper. If you are looking for a plain white low flow toilet, the units at Costco are fine -- installed two. If you are looking for a color, this is most cost effective -- installed one. The Glacier Bay is larger and heavier. Cudo's to the hydraulics engineer that invented low flow. It works extremely well, particularly if you don't want to fill your septic tank up with excess water. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Low-Flush High Profile Toilet This is a terrific toilet. The lower flush is so minimal that at first I thought it wasn't happening, but it is efficient, effective, and quiet. The higher flush is equally effective, quiet, and efficient. Great for the planet and your water bill. I lowered "Ease of Installation" from Excellent to Good only because the toilet will be 5-7 inches higher than your old, traditional one, so if you have any kind of shelving or wall unit above the toilet, you must measure ahead of time and adjust shelving before you start installation. I realized this ahead of time and used my car's jack on the tank of the old toilet to raise the free standing wall unit and slide 4x4s under its legs to provide enough room for the new toilet when the handyman came to install it. (Remember to securely attach the top of the unit to the wall with wire or rope to prevent it tipping over on you before raising it. It may already have a shorter attachment, so take that off and replace it with one long enough to accommodate the new elevation, but short enough to catch it from falling over.) Also, you'll likely need a longer plumbing connector to the water source. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent value for the price Very pleased with this toilet and really like that I'm saving more water when only liquids need to be flushed. Installation took only an hour and I was able to use the Wax Ring (included with the toilet) rather than having to purchase an extra one. Instructions were well written and large enough font for someone with Bi-Focals. I liked it enough that I purchased a 2nd one. Lastly, I noticed that even Consumer Reports cited this model as an excellent buy. June 24, 2016
