Black gasket disintegrating

Black gasket is disintegrating, not knowing if it will hold up. Thinking one day i will b coming home to a flooded bathroom. Everything is rusting out too. I’ve had toilet for two years.

10" rough-in in a 12" box?

Well, as many reviews have shown, our 6 year old Glacier Bay toilet just cracked from the handle down, leaking all over the floor. So, of I go to pick up what looked like the identical toilet. Everything said it was for a 12" rough-in. I got everything installed when I saw that I could drive a Mac truck through the gap between the tank and wall. The model# on the tank is identical to the old. No way this was meant for a 12" rough-in! What gives?

Ordered 3 pack with delivery and upon opening only was not cracked

Very disappointing. Ordered 3 pack to be delivered and upon opening all only 1 toilet was not cracked. Very upset since contractor was onsite and ready to install, but now delayed. 1 out 3 is unacceptable.

Usually love glacier bay toilets but

Just purchased this toilet and when tightening down bolts they literally just sheared off during installation. Bolts are poor quality and now the hassle of calling to get more. I have installed many toilets so it isn’t the installation just soft, poor quality bolts.

Purchase three toilets for our new home as the old...

Purchase three toilets for our new home as the old toilets were in need of an upgrade. Was installed by a friend who happens to be a handyman, and all three toilets took less than 2 1/2 hours to complete. The toilet is great, works like a charm. I don’t think you’ll find a better toilet, period. Especially at this price. I recommend the brand and this particular model.

Tiny pool of water in the bowl.

I purchased 4 of these toilets for my new house. The pool of water in the bowl of 3 of them is very small, often resulting in solid waste being smeared well above the water line, where flushing will not easily remove it! One of the four toilets does have a "normal sized" pool of water. It is clear that it was not manufactured along with the other 3, it has different printing in the tank, despite having the same SKU number. I have included photos of both variations and their markings.

Cheap seat and lid

I recently bought the chair height, elongated toilet. This is the second one I bought, as I have one in my other bathroom I bought about 4 years ago. Since I didn’t have any issues with the first one I purchased another. Bad decision. The quality has really declined, cheap, flimsy seating and lid that will not stay connected, does not line up. Very disappointed ☹️ I guess this is why the toilets are displayed so high so you cannot check them out before you buy!
