This surface mount medicine cabinet is ok for the price. It is decent quality and I'd say worth the $60 considering it has a smooth white laminated surface and decent looking metal handles. The hinges fold inside and allow the doors to open within the width of the cabinet, so it can be hung in a corner against two walls. The cabinet exact dimensions are: (H) 28 2/16 x (W) 23 3/16 x (D) 6 9/16 without the handles. The cabinet's interior space is 5.5 inches deep. The shelving heights are: 8" from the very bottom (open) shelf to the next one and 18" overall height inside with one adjustable shelf.
Mine came with all the hardware inside. The store had a damaged unit on the shelf so they offered me an additional shelf and extra hardware. The hardware consists of two handles with bolts to secure them and 4 plastic shelf pegs. No mounting hardware or wall screws are included.
Installation is fairly easy, but does require drilling holes in the unit to mount it to the wall. Usually, inside the cabinet there is a bar going across (left to right) through which you drill and screw through to attach the unit to the wall. It provides a stronger support and sits more secure. This unit however didn't have that. Instead, the manufacturer doubled up on the thin backing material in two areas (top & middle) through which they advise to drill/screw though.
I was a bit skeptical about it being very secure and holding up well, so I got 6 thick screws and matching anchors along with 6 big washers to hold up the cabinet. I lined up the cabinet where I wanted it and drilled (through the cabinet) 3 holes along the top and 3 holes towards the bottom, both where the double backing is. Installed the anchors into the wall, put the cabinet back up and secured it with the big screws and washers. Now it feels safe and secure on the wall. See my pictures.
It seems that based on older reviews, there may have been different styles available under the same product page. So hopefully my review helps clarify the design, size and installation questions.

Bought this shelf to go with the Glacier 24-1/2 in. Vanity for our newly remodeled 1/2 bath - laundry room. The shelf is exactly what I needed to store my laundry items, away and out of sight. Very nicely made for the price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYinNC Easiest cabinet I ever installed
I purchased two of the cabinets to replace over-the-toilet shelving. The cabinets come pre-assembled...all you need to do is hang on the wall and attach the doorknobs. The lower shelf is deep enough and tall enough for 3 triple-size rolls of toilet paper, and the adujustable shelf inside the cabinet allows you to store almost any size can (Lysol) or beauty products.

Exactly what we were looking for. Only knock is Tabor it didn't come with all materials to install on the wall, had to obtain screws, etc. separately and didn't know we needed to until after we opened box.

I am now on my 3rd, yes 3rd cabinet and need to return it once again. Every time I take it out of the box it's either chipped or scratched. My mistake perhaps for thinking I can get away with a $59 item. Do not buy this item. Save yourself the time.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by rezzim for the price, it's good
For the price, it's good. It's not real wood, but it's pretty, and it looks nice in my bathroom. I'm happy with it. It's probably not going to last forever, but it serves my purposes, looks good, and was easy (for me) to install. It's got enough space for a can of Lysol and such, and I was able to declutter my countertop.
The installation instructions, however, are pointless.
Having installed and built a number of things ranging from small furniture to full out house remodeling, while no expert, I think there's an easier way to mount this thing. I would have given it 5 stars if someone would have thought to include, on the instruction manual, a guide for screw-holes. Seriously, how simple would that be to put a single sheet of paper with screw-hole guides? Since there wasn't one, I did it my way, which I'll share; took me all of 4 minutes to install.
Position the shelf on the wall where you want it. I recommend making marks on the top corners on the wall - this will help you when we go into the rest of the steps.
Once you mark the corners, take a drill bit (1/8" should be suitable) and drill 4 holes into the back of the cabinet.
Lower the cabinet. Now put drywall anchors into the newly drilled holes in the wall.
Put the cabinet back up, ensuring that your corners match the mark you just made on each upper corner. Drill your screws into the drywall anchors, and voila, you're done.
It might also be worthwhile to put a level on the bottom shelf while you anchor it. Depending on your OCD level and visual standards, it may be worth your time to ensure it's level.
