Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry with Glacier Bay. To answer your question; there is no on/off switch on the shower unit. The three settings on the shower unit are a full spray setting, pulse spray setting and a full/pulse spray combination setting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from How could they screw up a shower head? The plastic hose has a strong "memory" and pulls the shower head to the left or right. It has been impossible to adjust it, except by unscrewing the shower head until it is leaking so it can be orientated properly. The hose is also too short. I will probably replace it with another product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I needed Nothing fancy, but just what I needed to replace the existing handshower.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not recommend. I regret buying this thing. The shower head rests at a slight angle in the holder, and when you turn the shower on, the water pressure through the (rather stiff) hose causes the shower heard to turn at a more severe angle, as a result of which the water all sprays against the shower wall rather than downwards. No amount of tinkering would fix this. Waste of time & money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works fine This handheld shower kit works fine for a basic shower. It is all plastic so be sure to hand tighten everything so it doesn't break. The only negative thing I didnt like was the hose which was so rigid that it didnt hang down but rather stayed in a tangled looking loop. If you are on a budget, this will work fine but if you want something fancier pay extra for a heavier duty one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks Great This shower head looks great. I love the way it works. It was easy to install, but one complaint, the head does not and will not screw completely down into the hose. So there is always a gap in between the head and the hose with threads showing. Causing it to leak at the spot. My husband and I have both tried to get it screw all the way down, to stop the leak and make it look like one piece the way it does in the picture. But, it always pops off completely when we do. So we screw it down as far as it will go and it leaves that quarter inch gap. I'm always afraid the water pressure is going to blow it off the hose every time I use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Shower head This is a good, simple showerhead. BUT you MUST take out the flow restrictor if you want any kind of pressure out of it. We bought this because it says it's flow rate is 2.5 gpm but in reality it is really 1.8 gpm. So being a plumber I knew to take the flow restrictor out to get a decent shower.
