Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mjk How could they screw up a shower head?
The plastic hose has a strong "memory" and pulls the shower head to the left or right. It has been impossible to adjust it, except by unscrewing the shower head until it is leaking so it can be orientated properly. The hose is also too short. I will probably replace it with another product.

This is a good, simple showerhead. BUT you MUST take out the flow restrictor if you want any kind of pressure out of it. We bought this because it says it's flow rate is 2.5 gpm but in reality it is really 1.8 gpm. So being a plumber I knew to take the flow restrictor out to get a decent shower.

This handheld shower kit works fine for a basic shower. It is all plastic so be sure to hand tighten everything so it doesn't break. The only negative thing I didnt like was the hose which was so rigid that it didnt hang down but rather stayed in a tangled looking loop. If you are on a budget, this will work fine but if you want something fancier pay extra for a heavier duty one.

I regret buying this thing. The shower head rests at a slight angle in the holder, and when you turn the shower on, the water pressure through the (rather stiff) hose causes the shower heard to turn at a more severe angle, as a result of which the water all sprays against the shower wall rather than downwards. No amount of tinkering would fix this. Waste of time & money.

I needed a quick and inexpensive solution for my bath/shower. The water pressure is fine however the hose is stiff and does not allow the unit to hang and sprat down. Rather the spray head pushes to one side being forced by the hose. My next hand held will definitely have a more flexible hose.

after 6 weeks of use, the hose still does not lay flat which causes the shower head to swivel at the slightest touch while showering.
