This vanity and sink were super easy to install. I placed this in my laundry room for a nice sleek, clean look. A nice reasonable item for a quick upgrade. Be very careful when installing though, as any significant bump or dent may damage composite edges.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Worst vanity EVER
I bought 2 of these for a rental of mine, opened the 1st box and the top was chipped in the back right corner, 2nd one had a tiny chip also, my faucet didn't fit when it was supposed to, but the threads from the faucet actually chipped off the inside edge of the holes, and the top doesn't even sit on it correctly, if you bank it against a side wall then the top will only catch on the back and what ever wall you put it against, other 2 sides sit on nothing, you would have to Jerry rig it with an L Bracket to glue it too. All in all it's a piece of junk and getting returned, if I had more time I would build one myself.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EndsoftheEarth Great product for the price
Yes, this vanity is made of pressboard and laminates; that's what you get in this price range. If you want solid wood, expect to pay several hundred dollars more.
With that out of the way, I am pleased with this cabinet. The recessed kick board is a nice styling touch, and the adjustable hinges are an unexpected bonus. (I actually didn't have to touch them; the doors aligned perfectly right out of the box.)
One installation tip: Insert the bottom shelf from the open back before sliding the vanity into its final position.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Robg very shoddy construction
I bought this unit for a third floor and rarely used bathroom. It was cheap and looked reasonable. After buying it I now know the reason Home Depot displays this unit high up on the shelf is because they don’t want you to touch it for fear of having the buyer see how flimsy it is. The front with its preinstalled doors is OK for such a cheap unit, but the sides are just particle board covered with plastic sheet. The unit has five problems that every buyer should evaluate as part of the buy/no buy decision.
First, the corners are attached with thin plastic brackets stapled into the particle board. One flimsy staple per side. The four sides actually swayed in the wind on my deck. I’d really think about some reinforcements here.
Second, the two six inch boards which form the back of the unit are both flush with the sides. So if you want to make cutouts for your baseboards you must remove the staple on the bottom plastic corner brackets—pretty easy. You can even use an office staple remover for this task. Then pull the back board out and the two pegs per side will also come out easily since they are not glued. Have predrilled holes in about 4 inches so place it in these inner holes. Put glue on the pegs and screw in the plastic corner brackets or, better yet, replace them with steel angle brackets. Then you can make your baseboard cutouts. Take care to put masking tape down where you cut or the particle board will splinter.
Third, you are instructed to glue the sink top down with silicone. I put a bead along the top of all four sides. This would have worked well if all four sides were the same height but they were not—the sides were higher. Thus only the two sides are actually fastened the other two have an uncompressed bead of silicon. I needed to run a second bead from underneath.
Fourth, the bottom shelf can only be installed from the back after the unit is installed to the wall. This is difficult. Actually, impossible when the drain and plumbing stops are mounted on the floor. If you want to push the shelf in from the front you’ll need to cut hinge clearance slots on each side. 1inch wide 2.5 in deep.
Fifth, I doubt whether the sink will be scratch resident. I vacuumed it out and the plastic vacuum cleaner nozzle scratched the sink badly.
So as long as one knows this vanity is not a quality piece you can buy it with eyes wide open.

Having this unit all together made it nice for installing. Everything comes in one box.it was delivered on a pallet, box was strapped down to the pallet for secure shipping I guess.Driver asked me where I wanted it, then he told me it was 200 lbs. Good thing he had a pallet jack and put it right in the garage where I knew my husband wouldn't have to try and move it until ready to install!! It does look very nice in the bathroom and it has a nice stylish fresh modern look. The 2 doors on the cabinet give you a nice lot of storage room for cleaning supplies, etc.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. We returned it for a different vanity. I would only consider using this in something like a rental.

The vanity top is actually reasonable quality however the base is cheaper than I could have ever imagined. As another review states the corners are all blocked with a single, tiny plastic gusset with two staples each and the horizontal sections are located with 1/4 dowels. Fortunately for us the dowels are not glued in as they were ALL drilled almost 1/4 too low. This meant disassembling the entire unit and flipping panels so new holes could be drilled in the proper locations. Even with significant re engineering and extra bracing this vanity sways in the breeze like a weeping willow. I could not recommend this product under any circumstances.
