I accidentally broke the middle mirror of this medicine cabinet. Additionally, the door frame of the middle mirror is cracked, so what I need is a replacement for the middle mirror/cabinet door. Is it possible to purchase this part?

I broke my center pane today as well. I would be interested if you receive an official answer -- but so far I have found this in the owners manual linked from the product page (under the Warranty Section):
"If you need replacement parts or would like to make a warranty claim, please contact customer service at 1-888-774-8062"
The number gets a busy signal when I call now but it is after hours. I've Read More

There is no frame included, so you would have to construct a frame to cover the edges of the drywall where it's installed (or find some other way to clean up the edges around the drywall). Additionally, according to other comments from the Glacier Bay commenter, it may void your warranty.

Mine is recessed inside the wall -- I had the wall open and down-to-studs so it wasn't much additional work to frame out the space to make it work. However, once getting mine in, I was thinking I'd just cover the seams with quarter-round, but I wasn't able to find quarter-round at Home Depot that was short enough to fit without interfering with the glass unless I wanted to install it further forward. With 2x3 studs and 3/4" drywall, mine only sticks out a little bit and opens freely. Read Less

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. Typically, in order to recess a cabinet, a frame is needed to cover up the cut-out hole and this cabinet does not have a frame. It is not impossible to recess this cabinet, but it will take some skill to do so. You will need to cut the hole just slightly larger than the cabinet body and you will want the cut edges to be finished because they will be visible.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed / Color of mirror were tinted I had it installed and the right and left mirror color were a tinted color, and the middle mirror was fine. The left mirror also made a person look further away then the middle and left mirror. POOR !! Workmanship for sure. I am not a happy customer at this point, so be sure to look at the color of the mirror's before installing, Also the gap between the mirror's are very noticeable. March 30, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Looks okay for the money, but quality is lacking We bought this because it had a relatively shallow depth, which we needed because we were doing surface mount installation and didn't want to have something stick too far off the wall. It does that job well, and looks relatively good. This is particle board construction, so not the most solid thing, but for the money it could be a good deal, except for two reasons. I painted the edges of the exposed particle board with two coats of paint so that the moisture of the bathroom wouldn't cause peeling and disintegration. This is something the manufacturer could easily spray after they make their cuts - I shouldn't have to do this. Also, I left all the plastic protective corners on during installation to protect the mirrors, but one of mirror doors must have been chipped off in the process of shipping, because on the last part of installation, as I took off the corners, I was disappointed to see a corner chipped off. I am working on getting a replacement door sent to us by the manufacturer, since it has a warranty. Hopefully it will come easy, but you never know these days with customer service. October 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent medicine cabinet for our bathroom! Fits perfectly over our 48" vanity providing plenty of storage for both of us! Adjustable shelves fit hairspray and perfume bottles that are taller. Lots of light reflection with the mirrors. July 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value and looks great Thanks to the other reviewers we knew we should remove the doors before installing. Once they were off installation was pretty straight forward. We are very happy with the looks and functionality. January 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome i really love it ! mainly because its frame-less. its gorgeous November 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by looks & works great It's white inside (not add nice as the mirrored inside ones) and the shelves have a bit of flex to them but other than that everything about it is great. February 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid bargain We needed tall, wide cabinents to surface hang which limited our choices. I got two of these, removed the doors and followed the directions to attach to studs with #2 woodscrews going through the header of the cabinents. The walls were not plumb so I had to stabilize the cabinent with a few additional wood screws toward the bottom of the cabinents. Some minor adjustment was necessary to align the morrored doors. I hung one cabinent by myself but it was nice to have another person help with the second. They aren't the fanciest but are quite functional and hold a lot. The depth is fine. You can add more sheves if needed. November 14, 2011
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Measure first I bought two of these to replace the cabinets I had purchased a decade ago. They are the same cabinets I had but HD has gone to a new manufacturer who has made them less expensively. The previous cabinets had three compartments with 2 adjustable shelves in each compartment..There was some flexibility in how you could arrange your shelves. These new ones are just square boxes with two adjustable shelves going all the way across. Also, they're described as 30in. x 29in. but that is incorrect. I purchased 2 to be put side-by-side over two sinks that are 30" apart. The cabinets at their face are 30-7/16" wide by 29-11/16" tall, which means they will not be centered over the sinks. I'm hoping it won't be noticeable, but it would have been better to know that beforehand. I would have made a different purchase. May 7, 2014
