1. The box claims one or three hole installation. The deck plate that is supposed to cover the two extra holes in the sink is not equipped with a rubber to prevent water from sipping inside the plate and into the 2 other sink hole. A rubberized deck square is provided but only for the center hole. So I decided to use putty inside the deck plate to prevent water from sipping inside the deck plate.
2. The drain plug is too short by about 3 inches that I cannot insert the horizontal rod to the bottom hole of the drain plug. So, back to Home Depot and bought a set of drain body which was a good decision since there is a leak from the bottom of the drain seal that come in the box.
3. The water supply tubes is short by 2 inches. So, back again to Home Depot to buy an extension supply tube.
4. Spent $25 extra to finish the job.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Glad I Paid Half of Normal Price
I found this on clearance at a Home Depot in Lake Zurich, IL for half-off, brand new, so I grabbed it. It goes great with my bathroom remodel. Only issues I have are (1) the mounting approach, which I understand now to be common, isn't that great. You can only tighten it so tight before you distort the washers and even after getting it "tight" it still can be twisted by hand if you purposefully try to. But, in regular use it's not moving or anything so it's fine enough. I wish it came out a little farther over the sink, but it's a stylish unit and I got a great price on it relative to what they're asking here online. Easy to clean.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by KenCary Do not buy this faucet-aerator cannot be serviced
I liked the look of the product and was concerned about the recessed aerator. I should have followed my instincts. After installation I need to remove debris from disrupted lines and broke the plastic aerator trying to get it off with a coin as instructed. There is no way to get it off without prying it and it will break. The underlying aerator is not serviceable. It will not unscrew or pop out. You have to look at it with a mirror since it does not have a aerator in the traditional sense.

Very difficult cartridge to find. Here is the solution.
Hope this helps you, I wasted a lot of time. The product is fine (fair), but finding it was a nightmare!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Homeowner Broke in less than 1 year
Both this one because other one did not fit in to the sink hole. Used for less than one year. Leaks and drips. Went to HD to find out if I can change inside parts. The answer was NO, I need to buy new one because this one can not be fixed. Worst I ever bought.

The cheap plastic cartridge broke in less than two months, and then it was difficult to find a replacement cartridge (which Home Depot does not carry). I would not recommend buying this faucet or any other made by Glacier Bay that does not have durable parts.
