I also broke a door and needed a replacement. After a LONG time
of being sent lots of places, Home Depot was able to put me in touch with Glacier Bay Support Line for replacement parts. Here is the direct number: 800-654-0688. Crystal was especially helpful. The wait was so long, she finally just had me hang up and she called me back later, telling me the order was all taken care of. Wonderful.

Mine has been in my bathroom for 30 years, i take long hot baths (i do have good ventilation), and i have never had a problem. If you are concerned, just paint the box with a good paint to match your wall. That should guarantee no damage from humidity. You could even seal it before painting, using a good primer.

Another possibility is to build a light weight, hollow box exactly the same size as the fixture, or even a little larger or smaller, paint it the same color as your wall and mount the fixture to the box and the box to the wall. I think that would work just fine. Be careful to mount each piece well to the next piece so that you end up with a sturdy and sound fixture. Good luck! Read Less

I assume you have the light strip. I would build a small box cabinet for the mirror light strip to fit in . Think of how you can get the outside to match you décor, ... such as paint or even mirrors cut to fit and glued on the sides of you cabinet.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I Can Write Better Instructions Than Glacier Bay OK, a few tips from someone who just installed this cabinet. It does not come with good installation instructions, it might as well have come with none. First, make sure you remove the doors. The instructions do not tell you to do that, but unless you want to end up incredibly frustrated and possibly with broken glass in your bathroom, remove the doors. Also, the instructions tell you to drill four holes into the cabinet and predrill the holes into the wall. But there is no point in pre-drilling into the wall without the cabinet in place, because you won't be able to see the holes in the wall through the holes that you put into the cabinet when you go to line them up. So do this, have your helper hold the cabinet where you want it, then take a pencil and outline the corners. Put the cabinet down, then use a level and measuring tape to measure where your holes will be from the corner pencil marks. (We used the studs, so our holes were 9 inches in on the left, and 5 inches on the right. (We went 4 inches up/down from the top/bottom.)) Then take your measurements to your cabinet and drill the holes through the back of the cabinet. Then have your helper hold the cabinet back up against the wall, match up the corners, and drill through the holes that you had pre-drilled in the cabinet and on into the wall. Then put in the screws. The cabinet does not come with any hardware, which didn't bother me because the hardware that usually comes with these types of things tends to suck, so we used good quality wood screws that we had at the house. We initially tried to use cabinet screws, but our drill is a piece of junk so we could not get them in. Either way the cabinet feels very sturdy. I had no problems getting the shelves to stay put. I also had no problems getting the doors to line up when I screwed them back on. It's really just going to take a lot of patience and an extra person to help you. The total amount of time with the removing the doors, doing the measurements, lining up the cabinet, screwing it in, and replacing the doors ended up being about three hours. I had this same type of cabinet in my condo for five years and it looked just as good as new the day we sold our condo. So we'll see if this one holds up for as long as that one did. April 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay away from this product I bought the first unit, left in carton while finishing texture and paint of the walls. Took it out of the carton, something didn't look right, the doors were warped causing a "fun House" effect with the mirrors. Re-box, took it back, they swapped for another unit. Installed that unit, within 3 weeks, the doors were starting to warp. Now this is installed over a double sink vanity, one person in the house, the shower is in another room with a open window so it isn't a moisture issue. Called the 888 number, the lady said no problem, I'll ship you another set of doors. She didn't ask for proof or date of purchase, should have been a hint that it was an on- going problem. Got the new doors, not warped but they sent two middle doors and one side door, the side door has a 1 1/2 inch scratch to the mirror backing and gouges in the particle board. I gave up found a Jensen product at a different dealer, ordered it and will return this unit. June 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Should have read the reviews first Just installed the cabinet fairly easily when suddenly noticed he mirror doors are curved, not touching at the top of the cabinet or the bottom. Definitely returning. July 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor quality! Mirrors warped twice! Very disappointed in this product! I spent a lot of money having my bathroom totally remodeled. My contractor, unfortunately did not finish the job and I had to hire someone else to replace new doors and they did the same thing! Now, I have no medicine cabinet. They warped so bad you could not close the doors! Don't know what to do now! Except maybe get a higher quality, not particle board and maybe oak trim and different lighting? I am very displeased with this product. Home Depot needs to take this off there shelf! June 7, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by You Get What You Pay For Why buy more expensive versions by other brands when you can get this one for so much less? Well, I found out why. The outside two doors are warped! On the left not as much, but on the right it bows terribly in the middle. But now that my handyman installed it, I'd have to pay him to take it down, return it and, get a new one, drive it back, and install it. I'll check back to let you readers know if Home Depot will let me exchange just the affected doors. Until then, I'm #disappointed! June 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a very good product. Main problem with this cabinet is the doors are warping after 3 weeks , I already replace twice but the problem persist , going again to home depot to replace for a Pegasus product more pricier but made with aluminum. May 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mirror/Door Warps This has to be the worst product ever. Right out of the box, the mirrors were already warped. It had to be returned. May 31, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Only buy this if you need it for less than a year We installed this product in August and it looked great. In terms of size and style it was exactly what we needed. However, by March the center mirror had warped so badly it popped every time we opened it. Home Depot was awesome and allowed us to return, so we purchased the Pegasus medicine cabinet made of aluminum instead of the mdf this product is made of. Don't purchase for a bathroom where there is a lot of moisture! The materials can't stand up to the elements. April 21, 2016
