Is there any way to take apart the head to clean the screen? We have high iron content in our water and the screen is clogged.

Answer:
My husband was able to take apart the head and clean the screens. There are grooves on the center metal part where the screens are that pliers fit on. Perfect shape now!

825 Series Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel is rated 1.3 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the best product we ever purchased O Rings are not lubricated and the swivel locks up within a few weeks. Then it starts leaking in various places resulting in a slow build up of lime etc. Removed and disassembled to replace the O rings to stop the leaks. Special order for the O Ring kit and no details as to what is included in the kit. No detailed picture and what is available is out of focus. May just go to the local farm & home store as they carry lots of O rings. Will use silicon grease to lubricate the replacements and then re install this faucet on the laundry sink we use to bathe the Shih Tzu. This product is made by the cheapest bidder and I would not buy or install another one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Now I see why you ge texactly what you pay for. Bought and installed one year ago. Today the Ceramic Cartridge is bad. Tried all the hardware stores and nobody carries this Cartridge. They have many like Mohen and Danco brands that "almost" fit but not a exact match? The guide pins on ALL the others are much bigger and won't let the cartridge sit in place. Plan B- drill the holes out just a tad, so the other brands will fit. Plan C- buy a new Faucet but this time, a much higher quality. How does a Glacier Bay Faucet Ceramic Cartridge wear out in less than one year??? Perhaps they should provide additional 5ea easy snap in type so the Customer can change them each year for 5years to cover the non-existent warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from total pile lasted less than 7 months, the swing got sticky and then it started to leak from the bottom. so it leaked only when you turned it on but not on top but into the cabinet so who knows when it started because I don't go under the sink very often. I will NEVER buy a glacier bay product again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WARNING: NOT PURCHASE After less than three weeks faucet no longer rotates and Home Depot will not send someone out to replace. Now I have to waste my valuable time replacing a defective faucet. It is not my fault it is defective, I installed it properly, please fix it and stand behind your product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Swivel Anymore Ok so same issue as everyone else above. It no longer swivels to the left or right after about 2 weeks of use. Gonna have to see if they have a replacement in the store today or else get a repacement through the 800#. This came with the sink that I bought. Totally not impressed with the entire purchase. When I originally bought the entire unit together I could tell the sink box had been opened before. When I got it home the sink had a small dent in it and the User guide had writing on it. Took back to the store and they gave me a new unit. Could tell it too had been opened before so checked to make sure no dents in the sink. Brought it home and the sink was fine but the Faucet (this unit) was damaged. Took back to the store and they replaced the faucet unit. Brought the new one home and it was missing a part.Went back to the store and they pulled something off the shelf for it to replace the part that doesnt go with this sink (but it worked ok)..SOOOO.......now after all of this now it doesnt swivel...uuuggghhh!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality faucet Less than one month of use, installed by a licensed plumber, this faucet will not turn without the base turning with it. Looks great, Sprayer works fine. Sink is great. Very disappointed!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The very worst faucet ever! This faucet is by far the worst I have ever purchased. I had to call CS and they sent me a new hose the first time after just a few months of use. ( The CS dept. person I dealt with was by far the only good thing about Glacier Bay products....His name if you have to deal with someone is Kevin) The whole unit turns when I try to move the handle over. I have been under the sink numerous times to tighten the faucet but nothing works. I guess you get what you pay for. I will be throwing this in the garbage in a few weeks. Water pressure is down to a slow dribble on the cold but good on the hot side.
