Usually you just gently pull up on the soap dispenser head and it lifts out allowing you to fill from the top.

Answer:
No, it only supports single hole or three hole sinks with the mounting plate. I guess two holes are for single hole for faucet and the second for the soap dispenser.

The one I have does not have a second hole for the soap dispenser. My sink had a second hole for mounting the soap dispenser.

Why doesn't my soap dispenser pump soap?

This question is from 900 Series Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser in Stainless Steel

Brand new installation - faucet and sink are fine. Soap dispenser will barely pump plain water but not any soap. Notice there is a pin hole in the plastic barrel that the plunger is enclosed in and when the dispenser is depressed soap squirts out of the hole and drains back down in the soap container.

Answer:
Sounds like you may have a defective part with the pin hole in the plastic barrel. Try pushing down on the pin hole while pumping to see if that improves the performance. If it does, I would say the pin hole was the cause of your problems

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality kitchen faucet easy assembly, and works great! The matching soap dispenser is a nice addition too August 9, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice, will see how long it lasts I only gave this a three because we bought this to replace another Home Depot faucet of the same style that didn't last four years of use. It looks great, but I am hesitant to rave about it because of our experience with the last model. Time will tell. July 26, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by rubber toggle on faucet head wears out too quickly and cannot be replaced without replacing the entire faucet head. Faucet works good with no leaks but rubber toggle on faucet head to switch spray mode wears out extremely quickly and cannot be replaced without replacing the entire faucet head. There is no part number for just the rubber toggle cover. April 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it We have had it for a bit more than a year now. It works perfectly. The handle is absolutely silky smooth and super easy to operate. Couldn't ask for more. The only thing is the rubber cover for the toggle between "spray or stream" needs to be replaced. But that should be easy. March 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic faucet for the money I installed this faucet over the weekend to replace our old one. The install was pretty easy, no missing parts, everything hooked right up. We love the faucet and the quality is much better than we expected for the $118 we spent on it. Very pleased. The only issue that I do not care for is that the sprayer snaps in, so when you want to detach the sprayer you have to hold the faucet with the other hand or risk a lot of wear over time. A minor knit, but not something you run into with the ones that are held in place with a magnet. March 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful with one flaw I bought this faucet for a few reasons: water flow (2.2 gpm, the most of all the selections on HomeDepot.com and other websites), style, price, single handle water control and pull down sprayer. All are good. Only misgiving I have is the issue some others have mentioned is that the pull down sprayer snaps into the arch and when you pull it out it pulls the arch down as well until it unsnaps. I asked my super about this when he installed it and he pointed out this is really an issue with the stainless steel sink's flexibility rather than the faucet. It's not backed up with wood right underneath the faucet, only around the edges of the sink. But the snap could be a little less firm as the counter balance weight just about pulls the sprayer back in. Otherwise I'm very happy with it. One other note is that the super took about an hour and a half to install but that included having to get new hoses as the ones from the old faucet's connectors were too deep. The turnability of the arch is also a little too loose and position of the hoses can interfere but super fixed that. January 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking and works great This faucet was easy to install and works great and looks fantastic. The only complaint I have about it is that the retractable sprayer is a little hard to lock back into place when you are done with it. The hose returns to normal position ok, but then it has to be pushed back into the top for it to lock. Otherwise, love it! February 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great faucet for the price Faucet is easy to install. The overall appearance is very nice. The installation was simple since I purchased a new sink and installed the faucet on the sink prior to installing the sink. No leaks or drips and then instructions where straight forward.
