Customer Questions & Answers

Is this faucet pull-out?

Asked by: Inna
Yes, it is a pull out faucet with 2 spray settins

Does the faucet swivel or is it in a fixed position?

Asked by: MCM
When installed properly it will swivel in an arc that matches the sink. This will keep it above the sink, not the counter.

Does the limited lifetime warranty cover replacement if the sink begins to rust?

In my city, I have never had any problem with stainless steel sinks, yet I notice in a few comments, people have suffered onset of rust soon after their sinks were installed. Does the warranty cover replacement if the sink begins to rust?
Asked by: Dean
The sink won't rust but if you set some types of tin cans in the sink for awhile they will leave rust stain. Easily removed - just read the care instructions.

Why is my spout leaking?

I have had this item installed for the past 15 months and the spout has been leaking for 6 of those. Any advice on how to correct a leaking spout? It drips every 30-45 seconds. I have tried replacing the faucet aerator with new washers but had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe something was inadvertently loosened during installation?

All-in-One Drop-In Stainless Steel 25 in. 1-Hole Single Basin Kitchen Sink is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 45.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sink combo for the money Honestly given the price of this sink combo I was really expecting it to be a piece of junk, but was actually pleasantly surprised. Self installed to replace a really old stainless steel sink and this looks and works really well for what I paid for it. I'm selling the house next year and just wanted it to look nicer without spending a ton of cash. Installation was a pain as is the common theme. I'd recommend being prepared to keep old clips, and to have to bend the rails a bit to make sure the clips don't pop out. For the record I'm a DIYer and have never installed a sink. One tip...before you turn on the sink the first time make sure the sprayer hose is tight...I didn't check that and had some leakage because it was super loose. Hand tightened and it was fine. Love the inclusion of the basket...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Sink but.... The sink is really nice for the price but the mounting clips are a bit difficult to install and they don't give you enough to hold it down so that it's tight all the way around the counter. The sink along the edges are not really flat so it's lifted up from the counter top. Had to go out and purchase extra clips for a proper install.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sprayer defective Unable to use due to defective sprayer hose. It was not a good idea to purchase the combo sink/sprayer. Sink installed but sprayer doesn't work and if I end of having to purchase a new sprayer it will defeat the purpose of buying the combo. Waiting on Customer Service/Parts to let me know if the part is even avialable as I was told some parts are no longer available.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice combo unit, but not without issues. This is a very nice looking sink and the fact that it came with the faucet assembly and the basin drain seemed like a great bargain at $179.00. The faucet is very nice indeed with a pullout sprayer and a nice clean look. However, when I went to install a tailpiece to the basin drain it just wouldn't tighten up. Upon further inspection the threads on the bottom of the basin were not cut completely allowing the tailpiece nut to just spin. I went back to HD and of course they started with, Well, since it was bought as a unit I would have to return the entire sink assembly, which was already installed. I told them that wasn't happening so the good folks at HD gracefully gave me a free replacement basin as promo. See attached pic. Look closely at the one on the left and you can see the threads are not cut deep enough. Oddly enough, while the new basin was threaded correctly it was missing the upper rubber washer so I used the one from the original basin.... geesh! Secondly, when they stamped out the shape of the sink itself the corners of the sink dip below the level of the sides so that the lip doesn't sit totally flush all around no matter how tight I tighten the undersink mount clips. Had to caulk the edges to keep gunk from getting under lip. I still like the look and overall like Glacier Bay's stuff. They just need some work on their quality control.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rusting! After having installed the sink, I was in love. Huge tub, the soap dispenser, the faucet, everything about it, i was in love. UNTIL about a week into loving it, my heart broke. The corners of the sink,I noticed some spots showing up. I scrubbed and scrubbed, and to my disbelief, it was rust! So now I sit here, with a new sink, fully installed and I am afraid to let water get on it! Now not only are the spots visible, lines that are in the metal to, around the edges, are developing rust spots as well. I'm at a loss for words. If not for this issue, I would be still head over heals in love with it. But sadly, I'm not anymore and am seeking action to get it resolved. I mean, seriously, as soon as water hits the sink, I'm constantly wiping it down. Can't let water stand on the rim of the sink at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glacier Bay All In One Sink and Faucet I love this sink. Bought it about 6 months ago as part of kitchen remodel; it fit the space, style, and my budget. Unfortunately, the faucet stopped swiveling within one week of install, but was functional otherwise. Finally got around to calling customer service today, and Ken was wonderfully helpful. He arranged for me to pick up a replacement at my local store. Plumbing guy, Jeff, coached me through removing the old faucet so I could bring it into the store. Installing the new one was easy, as I just did the steps in reverse, and only tool needed was a Phillips screwdriver. Admittedly, I'm wondering if the new faucet will continue to swivel, and not show the same defect as the first, but for now I'm very happy at how things have worked out. Having a "can do" customer service team is priceless when unexpected problems occur. Thank you,Home Depot!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK Sink Sink is OK for the money. The faucet could be higher. The installation hardware to attach the sink to the countertop was pretty bad - I had to salvage the old hardware from my old sink to successfully attach it.
