The mounting clips were not properly formed - the teeth were never going to bite in to the wood and kept spinning out. After much cursing and wasting of time, we looked at another brand's mounting clips and saw that the small triangular teeth should be perpendicular to the clip. A few minutes with vise grips and pliers to bend just the tips up to their proper orientation solved the problem.
Do you need plumber's putty or not? The basket instructions show no use of putty and have a gasket/washer that is not listed in the main manual. The list of tools needed doesn't mention putty, but when you get to the step to install the baskets it calls for putty. Now you have to decide between two different sets of instructions. We decided to not use the extra washer and go with the old standby plumber's putty but that meant another 30 or more minutes wasted for a trip back to the store for putty.
As is so common, the manufacturer wanted to save a few pennies on the printed instructions so the pictures are so small as to be unhelpful in critical areas. When told to apply putty to the "notch" (not really a notch, just the indented rim), they identify the sink (like you can't figure that out) but not the actual surface putty goes on.
We didn't use the included faucet, so no opinion on that. The quality of the sink itself seems good.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AJ Great sink, faucet is terrible
About a year after installing this product, the rubber cover over the spray selector button came off. Around that time, the spray selector button became difficult to press. Eventually the button stopped working completely and it is now only a sprayer.
The many bad reviews already posted for this product echo the same issues I have had, so unless the product being sold has changed, I can't believe Home Depot is still selling it.
Going to buy a replacement faucet, but will definitely avoid Glacier Bay products.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Robbie Bad quality and costomer service
I bought this set All-in-One Top Mount Stainless steel 33 in. 2-Holes Double bowl Kitchen Sink in Brush.
net even 3 months of using it the Faucet broke right in the middle where it connects to swivel and the soap thing is not working right. So I went to home depot to see if they can at least replace the Faucet for me and unfortunately I didn't save the receipt so they said we can't replace it for you without the receipt. On top of that I have to pay again for a plumber to replace it.
The funny thing is that I called the manufacturer and they told ne that this model is made only for HOME DEPOT and at HOME DEPOT they told me without a receipt we can exchange it because we don't know where did you buy it from.
Any recommendation !!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Emily I absolutely love it!
I want to start by saying I think many of the reviewers are actually reviewing the wrong sink. I could be wrong, but there is another one that is almost identical to this one, only much lower quality. I'd planned on getting the other one. The regular price is only $10 cheaper, but it was on sale for about $100 less, and this one wasn't. the product descriptions are almost the same...but this one weighs much more. The descriptions show both sinks being the same gauge, but in the fine print on the cheaper one, it basically says only the top of the sink is the same gauge as this one, whereas the basins are incredibly thin. I don't think I would have realized this if it weren't for speaking with a HD employee. This sink looks and feels like very good quality!
I almost didn't get it because of all the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I highly recommend it! I never thought I could love a sink so much, but this one is so beautiful!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AAA Don't buy
After only two years the faucet is completely broken and will need to be replaced. Materials are cheaply made and don't stand up to the quality that it says it does. The sink also has not held up to it's original stainless steal coating.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Geomod Looks nice, not built to last.
On first look this appears to be an okay (maybe even nice) unit and a really great price. Do you know how this was arrived at? Cutting corners!
-The integral soap dispenser didn't work from day one. Never replaced because 1) getting a functioning unit would require a new box at the store to be opened which is silly. 2) Glacier bay phone number never took me to a real person.
-Clicky toggle on the faucet head broke about 8 months into use. After ~20 months of use I noticed seeping from under the rubber cover and what appeared to be mold/grunge growing underneath it. Awesome, I've been drinking that for an unknown amount of time.
-Glacier Bay uses a non-standard threading for the faucet head so an adapter must be purchased in order to fit a non-glacier bay replacement head.
-Sink basin and drains/strainers are fine.
TL;DR: Great for a quick fix that eventually becomes someone else problem. Not great if you plan to use and live with this thing on a daily basis for any amount of time.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by D757 So not worth the headache!
This sink looks nothing nice in the store display. It even looks nice when you initially install it but you quickly realize it's poor quality! The spray head is weak the button to change the spray type feels cheap! It is! Less than a year I had to replace the soap dispenser (which is plastic) and now the button to change spray type is broken
