Purchased for a simple guest bath update. Vanity looked decent in the store and price was reasonable, especially with a top included. Unboxed vanity at home and immediately noticed severe defects in the finish. Opened the drawers and was surprised by the poor quality of the drawer tracks.
Finish defects ran right along the lower edge of the faux top drawer. There were other blemishes in the wood. I understand some of the natural features of the wood make it more authentic but the knot was right on the door trim and looked horrible. There are no other knots on the vanity so this one is impossible to miss.
Disappointed by the poor quality of this product. Returning immediately to pursue other, though likely more expensive, options.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CHL762 Looks Great & No Quality Issues!
While having our main bath renovated we made a quick decision to also do our powder room floor and put in a new toilet as well. I could not decided on a quality vanity that quick (and it would take 8 weeks to order/receive) so wanted something new to put in temporarily while I decided. We didn't go to the store with the intention of getting this vanity but when I saw this I said, Ok, lets go with it. When I got home I read the reviews about the the glue problems and imperfections in the wood. I was worried.
I have to say I am very happy with this vanity! It looks great! We lucked out and did not have any issues. It is not as deep as what we had before, but like that. A back-splash is not really needed if it will be used mainly for hand washing. We were worried for about 5 minutes because although the drawers are on the side as our previous, they are a bit wider which meant they inched even closer to our pipe/values. But they just clear them and so it worked for us.
If getting a vanity home and back to the store is not an issue, I would take a chance on this.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jane VERY cheaply made
Because we were looking for a vanity and sink for a small space in an older home we were very limited in our choices and this is what we liked the best. It's VERY cheaply made. The included sink had a manufacturer's defect and therefore leaked as soon as it was installed. The vanity box itself has a crack in it though that is covered by the door, which is warped, and therefore sticks out a bit just on the top. The drawers don't close all the way and are also crooked when you press them in. This is a very cheap vanity and it's what we've got but if I could pick a different one I would have. As the saying goes, nothing good is cheap and nothing cheap is good. That is certainly the case here.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Maxthecat Looks Nice But
I share the disappointment that another reviewer made when he spoke about the knot in the door. It looks like a bad stain and is right in plain view. The quality is fair. More particle board than real wood. From a distance, it looks nice but not close up. I guess you get what you pay for these days.
It may have been easy for one reviewer to state that there wasn't any problem installing. Had to get the plumber to cut through the back of the vanity for the water pipe. The vanity took the place of a pedestal sink so the heating baseboard was a problem. The claim that it comes preassembled is misleading unless you replace one 30" vanity for another. The best advice is to examine the product before you take it out of the store.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Peter it looks nice, however, cheaply made - with STAPLES(!!!) and plastic anchors(!) - no glue, no nails no screws!
I guess you have to spend $500-$1,000 for something of quality these days. $200-$300 for a vanity won't cut it. But this will do for a spare bathroom.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RookieDIYer Good Deal!
While some of the reviews for this product aren't the best - I am very happy with my purchase. Unfortunately there were none in stock when I went to buy so I ended up buying the floor model. This worked out for the "value" aspect and also allowed me to see the product with no unexpected dings, knots or other imperfections.
The pipes in my house came out of the floor in a 2nd floor bathroom so working that around the drawers was a bit of a challenge but the storage is well worth it.
The product wipes down easily - even when paint got on it during the bathroom remodel - and looks great!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SkimmerRabbit Good Value, Nice Look
We are almost finished adding a new bath that has a transitional/modern feel. I was attracted to this sink cabinet and top combo in the store. Because of the reviews (which I checked on my phone in the store), we pulled out the box and opened it to inspect everything before we bought it. Everything was fine. I was so surprised at the nice simple lines, color (chestnut), and modern sink and top. We also purchased the matching mirror. There is no installation because it comes fully assembled. I used a distressed bronze faucet which really dressed up the piece and I also purchased new drawer pulls but the ones on the cabinet are fine if you are doing brushed nickel or stainless. Bottom line, I love this piece and the value let me spend more money on other aspects of the project.
