Very happy with the quality of the product, not builders grade. The style is modern and I especially like the pop up drain assembly. Much better idea than the old lever system. The price was a major facture because these are going into a rental house. Would defiantly use them in my own home also.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nsxgo Nice Faucet but Cheap umbrella drain
The faucet itself seems well made and it was easy to install but my issue is with the umbrella style drain that it came with. It pulls up and pushes down but there is no clicking or locking mechanism and it constanly falls down stopping the water from draining out of the sink. Its a poorly designed cheap part and they are currently sending me a replacement for which I hope will be better so stay tuned. I may have to look for a faucet which has the more familiar drain which has a lever built into the faucet which keeps the drain in the up or down position

Many of the other reviews complain of a lot of water left in the sink. The drain installation instructions say to had tighten the drain valve so you do not crack the ceramic. If you only hand tighten it will leak (no I am not weak). I tried putting the gasket above in the sink, which some of the other reviewers have done. This causes the drain to be higher up in the sink and retain excess water in the sink. The instructions suck on this thing as it is referring to a different smaller gasket. The large gasket that perfectly fits to the bottom tightening piece of the drain valve goes under the sink and must be tightened using large channel locks, or a pipe wrench. Now I have no leaks and the sink looks and works great.

Super easy to install. Instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Like the high arch of the faucet but little splashing. Handles are easy to turn on, even when hands are full. Seals great, no drips.

The faucet has a great look. but the drain will not stay open. The only way to raise or lower the drain is to reach into the sink and pull it up or push it down, as there is no drain pulling mechanism. Unfortunately it will not stay up to allow the sink to empty. Poorly thought out design.
Unfortunately the sink is installed by the time this flaw is discovered. I just removed the drain stopper so the sink can now drain. Not an ideal situation, but I don't want to uninstall and then re-install another sink.

I love this faucet. We are in the middle of a home renovation and needed an inexpensive faucet for a sink that will eventually be replaced. The price is just right for what we needed and fun everyone loves to go in the bathroom to turn the water on and off. I love that the light does not use batteries. The only thing that I would like is the aerator to be adjustable so you can get harder pressure when you need it. If it did that I would make this my permanent faucet.

The faucet itself is fine, what I'm not really fond of is the drain. It doesn't have the standard pull on the faucet, it's more of a spring loaded s drain that you just push down on to lock closed and again to release. For this there is a large gasket around the opening which prevents all the water from completely draining out of your sink. Now my sink gets used pretty regularly, so the water doesn't have a chance to get yucky, but I'm still not sure how I feel about it always being puddled there. But overall I am happy with the faucet functioning.

Faucet looks nice and works fine but the flange on the drain assembly is very thick plastic so it won't sit flush in the basin. Thus, a fair amount of water will always be left behind in the sink after use. Will have to buy a new drain assembly.
