Answer:
Bill, when your faucet leaks, you just give our Glacier Bay team a call at 877-527-0313. They will call the manufacturer to place the part order & you will receive it in the mail. There isn't enough room in the store to stock parts to all products so we just have the MFTR hold them until needed. Please keep the product information after purchase so we can complete the process quickly for you.

Answer:
Hi Bill
Your local Home Depot store carries a variety of replacement parts. In the event there is a part you need and we dont carry it, you would get it directly from Glacier Bay. The instructions and contact information will be in the box with your faucet. For any other questions, please call us at HomeDepot.com Customer Service 800-430-3376.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap and non-functional We had two of these faucets for several years. Then they both started to have problems with the drains.I bought new ones and the drains are now plastic and break upon insertion. August 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for Vanity! Bought two sets of this faucet for Master vanity. Looks fabulous! July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Glacier Bay BR Faucets Beautiful color easy install excellent price works great June 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Looking Polished Brass Faucets were installed by plumber, no problems. He did advise us not to slam the levers shut since internal parts are plastic. Look great. June 7, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent replacement faucet The color was correct. The price was li line, and the installation was easy. This faucet was just what I wanted. February 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap plastic parts inside--beware! An experienced, very responsible plumber installed it for me. It developed a leak under the sink and I had to call the plumber back. A very thin plastic component had broken--he showed it to me. The replacement, higher quality, metal part part was $60! That explains the $88 price to begin with. At least it looks good, but if I had to do it over, I would buy a Moen or Kohler faucet. March 4, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The Glacier Bay brass faucet set looks stylish on a cheap budget. This faucet set will get the job done on the cheap. Brass faucets of other major brands are indeed much more expensive and Glacier Bay has cut corners to lower that cost. First I trashed the plastic drain. Couldn't get the leak to stop underneath the sink and upon tightening rubber gasket the plastic flange broke. The valves use a quarter inch line instead of half inch so be careful when tightening, mine didn't but I was holding my breath. The line is also shorter so I had to fork out for additional water lines in addition to a new brass drain. In all, you get what you pay for. July 29, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BIG MISTAKE! These faucets have plastic parts and we didn't realize how bad they were until our plumber came to install them after we had a new countertop installed. When we looked at them, we realized the quality was unacceptable, plus the drain stopper didn't fit, but we had been brushing our teeth in the laundry room sink for 3 days and needed our bathroom sinks working. So, our plumber had to look for and purchase quality parts to replace the plastic parts, so the faucet installation cost $250!! DON'T BUY THESE FAUCETS!! June 17, 2014
