We had two of these faucets for several years. Then they both started to have problems with the drains.I bought new ones and the drains are now plastic and break upon insertion.

Faucets were installed by plumber, no problems. He did advise us not to slam the levers shut since internal parts are plastic. Look great.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mgl173 Cheap plastic parts inside--beware!
An experienced, very responsible plumber installed it for me. It developed a leak under the sink and I had to call the plumber back. A very thin plastic component had broken--he showed it to me. The replacement, higher quality, metal part part was $60! That explains the $88 price to begin with.
At least it looks good, but if I had to do it over, I would buy a Moen or Kohler faucet.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by chuck The Glacier Bay brass faucet set looks stylish on a cheap budget.
This faucet set will get the job done on the cheap. Brass faucets of other major brands are indeed much more expensive and Glacier Bay has cut corners to lower that cost. First I trashed the plastic drain. Couldn't get the leak to stop underneath the sink and upon tightening rubber gasket the plastic flange broke. The valves use a quarter inch line instead of half inch so be careful when tightening, mine didn't but I was holding my breath. The line is also shorter so I had to fork out for additional water lines in addition to a new brass drain. In all, you get what you pay for.

These faucets have plastic parts and we didn't realize how bad they were until our plumber came to install them after we had a new countertop installed. When we looked at them, we realized the quality was unacceptable, plus the drain stopper didn't fit, but we had been brushing our teeth in the laundry room sink for 3 days and needed our bathroom sinks working. So, our plumber had to look for and purchase quality parts to replace the plastic parts, so the faucet installation cost $250!! DON'T BUY THESE FAUCETS!!
