Answer:
There is a set screw in the handle to access the hot cartridge, there is a retainer ring holding it in place. That will have to be removed with a wrench to replace the cartridge. Please contact the customer care line to order a hot cartridge, 888-328-2383, provide this model number.

Thank you for your question. The extra trim rings are optional, they give the faucet a slightly different look.

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good faucet Nice faucet, easy to install operates as it should. July 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Day one leaking at quick connect From time first installed it leaked from the handle part of the quick connect. Removed and reinstalled with same result. July 26, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hot side shut off mid-stream I bought and installed this about a year ago to be a short-term fix until our bathroom could get a major overhaul. Installation wasn't bad but it took me a week to get all the leaks tightened up ...especially the drain. About a month ago the hot side would shut itself off with a loud ker-chunk noise. Almost like a pebble or marble was in the line. Dismantling the valve was easy, I checked it out and not seeing anything wrong, re-installed it. It works fine now. Still have no idea what was wrong with it. I would use this temporarily, in a rental property, guest bathroom, or a vacation home. May 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy install Price was very good and it was easy to install. The only thing I didn't like was the drain was plastic with chrome color. Looks very nice though. May 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice faucet - easy to install This is a very nice faucet unit. It has ceramic discs and has a classy look. Installation itself is pretty easy. The time consuming part is taking out the old faucet but once the olf faucet is removed and the basin is cleaned and prepped the installation goes very smoothly. The one draw back is in the instructions, the package comes with additional mounting brackets per installation hole yet no where does the installation instructions reference these parts. They are not needed. You pay a little more for this unit then a cheap one but the quality is well worth the money spent. The ceramic disc are terrific and allow for a smooth handle movement. March 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Directions Lacking 4 stars because the directions do not include the 2 threaded trim rings for the handles or the trim ring for the spout which is not threaded. The trim rings are packaged with the stopper parts/assembly and since I wasn't going to change that out, I ignored them. HUGE mistake. I read all 9 pages of instructions before installing and there is no mention of them in any of the directions or diagrams, the only place that shows the trim rings is on page 10, Service Parts. I am now having to start over, no easy task since the sink is a small corner sink with an 8" triangle for under sink hook-ups. August 28, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks pretty, leaks in the main faucet body after 7 months of very low usage It's pretty but not built to last. Main faucet body leaked after 7 months use in the guest bathroom. Took the faucet stem apart. Too few threads to make up to stop leak. Don't recommend for long term reliability. Replacing with other brand. Initial cost will be more but cost/benefit ration is better. December 28, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap material quality. Not worth the cost of installation I purchased 2 of these faucets for a home addition project. The units were installed in granite tops. After one year of use, the drain stopper as well as the rings around the faucet handles are showing signs of rust. Faucets work fine mechanically. However the material quality is poor.
