I went with this model because I read too many horror stories about pull down faucets. The hard part was removing a 20+ year old faucet. I got the Husky 2 inch universal faucet nut wrench (http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-2-in-Universal-Faucet-Nut-Wrench-03825-STC1/203336960). I found the Home Depot employees to be extremely helpful. I could not find a video with the configuration my old faucet had, but the employee knew exactly what it was (I had pictures to show him). I also needed to purchase new supply lines. Once I had everything I needed, everything went smoothly. Installing the new faucet was the easy part. Make sure you hold still the copper tubing that comes from the faucet while tightening the nut on the supply line. If you don't, you could easily twist and break the copper tubing. I also purchased a spray/stream aerator (http://www.homedepot.com/p/Bubble-Stream-2-2-GPM-Dual-Thread-Spray-Aerator-37-0078-98/100665994). It looks great, is so much easier to operate than my old faucet handle, and as an added bonus, the arc of the faucet makes my sink look deeper. I just installed this today. I will update this post if necessary.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by dilinger Wiggles a bit, but overall a good faucet
First off, I like the faucet. It's stylish, simple, and was easy to install. I spent 4 hours removing the old faucet, which had completely rusted (I ended up needing to use a hacksaw to get one of the handles off), and about 30 mins installing this one. Piece of cake!
However, the old one had rusted because it had come loose over time, thus not making a good seal between the faucet and counter. The prior house owners left it like that, and water that pooled on the counter would get under the faucet and caused all that rust. So I'm a bit sensitive to that, and was disappointed that this sink will wiggle a bit. I've tightened the bolts as hard as I could (using the Rigid Faucet & Sink Installer Tool; fits this sink perfectly). The base is not loose at all, but if I grab the spout and wiggle it, the base moves up and down a little bit. I'm slightly paranoid that water will get under there and cause problems, but we'll see. That's my only complaint about this faucet, and it seems like a design issue. You may be wondering why you'd grab the spout - well, it's supposed to move left and right to position the stream of water. By moving the spout, you end up with a lot of leverage over the base.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bigd Great basic faucet
Bought this as a backup for current kitchen faucet that broke. Plumber fixed current one but it broke again so when plumber came back I just had him install this one. We didn't need fancy sprayer or soap bottle so this was fine.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sasha A breeze to install, useful high arc, nice stainless steel finish
Replaced straight - and therefore very low - kitchen faucet with this arching one that allows washing much bigger items in the kitchen sink. Very satisfied with the performance so far.

Good, stylish, very basic single handle faucet. No easier or harder to install than most others of this type.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by latelady57 Modern looking faucet
Nice looking basic faucet provides good water pressure. The stainless steel finish matches my stainless steel sink perfectly. It replaced a faucet with a pull out hose that was leaking which caused damage to the cabinet. The installation was easy, looks streamlined, has less features to fail, has easy to adjust water pressure, and the design allows for clearance of deep pots and bottles.
