This Dorset towel bar was somewhat easy to install and it looks great. I do like the curved feature as it puts a little distance between the wall and the towel. However, the towel does occasionally get caught on the end of the bar that is jutting out, but I don't mind it. The design adds a bit of style to the bathroom as well. I purchased the matching hand towel bar for next to the sink.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jjmcc Loooks nice but poor quality
This towel bar has a nice look and finish but it is made from a very light metal - probably cheap aluminum. The manufacturer really cut corners on the installation hardware. I installed two towel bars - a total of 8 screws. Of these, two broke in half - literally twisted in two while I was screwing them in. In two others the screw slot became rounded out making them unusable. This is a sign of a very cheap metal alloy that doesn't stand up to normal screw force. And I wasn't even using a power screwdriver, just my hands!. I ended up having to use my own screws which I fortunately had on hand. I am not impressed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SFO2NYC Good installation, fit, and finish
Super easy to install. the brackets fit flush against the wall, and I had zero problem installing the wall anchors in the drywall. I like the curved bar, it sits a little further away from the wall than many towel bars, allowing me to use super fluffy towels and not have to cram them on the bar. I also bought a robe hook to match and I am equally pleased. I'm going back to purchase the toilet tissue holder. I really like the look and design: very sleek and clean. I do think the bar could be a little sturdier, and that is my only (non)complaint.

Had the towel rack about 8 months and is corroding badly. Chrome is blistering in many places. Put up other racks near same time with no problems with other brands (same environmental conditions).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ValueAndStyle Solid mounting
This towel bar installs using two vertically aligned screws for each mounting area. This design is superior for the purpose of keeping the towel bar snug against the wall with no sagging or separation. I highly recommend it.

Product has a lightweight cheap feel. Drywall screws were adequate for a towel rack, but they came out when I had to back the screws out. Look is nice, but overall lower end product. Not impressed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Towel bars, towel rings and TP holder
Just finished installing two 24 inch towel bars, two towel rings and one TP holder. Installation was a breeze (drywall) and the units are snug and flush against the wall. The look is simple, sleek and clean, just what I wanted for a spa-like vibe in my bathroom. The shiny chrome looks good against the white tile and carribean blue-green walls. I am very pleased.

I have virtually no experience with anything 'handy' and installed these bars in under 10 minutes. They are solid on the wall and don't move at all. No problem with the provided hardware whatsoever and look pretty snazzy. Don't be to put off by the other reviews, if someone like me can install these securely than anyone with a modicum of skill can do it too.
