This sink fit my price range and wish list. At first I needed a top-mount and wanted a sink I could under-mount when we were ready to replace the countertops...this sink has that option. However, after living with it for several months, I plan to replace it when we get granite installed. There are things that I really like and things that I really don't.
The good: it's huge, deep and pretty (when dry). I do get a lot of compliments on it and I love that I can fit my big pots, pans, cookie sheets.
The bad: The sink bottom is very flat, so water doesn't have a good flow pattern to the drain. You have to push it with a sponge or something or it'll puddle on the bottom. Not only do you end up pushing water, you push food particles too, because the drain is flush with the sink which creates a lip that catches food and keeps it from going down the drain with the water spray. If there are dishes in the sink when you rinse something off, the food gets caught around the dishes. It's a little flimsy and the bottom is already very scratched up. I was worried that the sharp corners would be hard to clean and I've found that they are. The most annoying thing though, is it shows water spots terribly. I use my sink all day long, so it's never dry for more than a few minutes and I'm not going to wipe it dry each time I use it, so it always looks spotted which keeps it looking dirty.
What I'll look for in my next sink: Same size, single basin, no satin finish, slightly rounded corners,16 gauge instead of 18, a grate for the bottom and a recessed drain.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kathy LOVE, LOVE, LOVE This Sink!
I bought TWO of these sinks and and they are beautiful. Glad I did not listen to the bad reviews. ANY stainless sink will scratch if not treated properly. I put clear rubber mats in the bottom until I get my stainless steel grids for the bottoms which will be here in 2 days.
As far as people complaining about water spots...It's as simple as wiping them out with a paper towel. Saw complaints about puddling water that did not drain...its not the sinks, must be their crooked out of level cabinets. If you do have a puddle whats so hard about wiping them out?
I highly recommend these sinks to anyone looking for a single bowl. I have had nothing but compliments from friends and family.
Do not listen to the nay sayers. You care for this sink and it will be beautiful all the time. Just takes a little effort on the owners part. Buy it, you will be as happy as I am.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Phil Great looking sink, but has problems
My husband and I installed this sink about a week ago. At first, I was impressed. The sink is gorgeous and I love the idea of a single basin. However, we quickly discovered a few errors/flaws with this sink. The biggest issue, in my opinion, is the flat base. It is too flat. As others have commented, one must push or spray food and such down the drain as it simply will remain in the bottom of the sink if one doesn't. Some water will sit at the bottom of the sink as well, so it never fully drains. Additionally, the sharp 90 degree corners, although modern and stylish, easily keep food particles in them which gets annoying. Another issue is the constant need to wipe water off the sides and bottom or else water marks show. As a mother to a toddler, I am constantly using my sink and find this a nuisance. Lastly, even while being "gentle" with this sink, within the first day there were marks in the bottom from normal use. I was hoping it would hold up a little better/longer than that. We have decided to uninstall the sink and order something different.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Maytal Pretty disappointed
I love the look of the sink but it has scratched like crazy from day 1. I have never had a sink scratch as bad as this. It stains like nothing else as well from water spots and soap. It just looks messy all the time which doesn't work for my cleanliness. I paid the repairman to put it in and don't want to spend money taking it out and putting another back in. I wish it wouldn't be that big of a process because I'd return it in a second if I could.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by YouDonkey Great sink, slightly tricky install in smaller counter/cabinet
I installed as a drop-in. The rim/edges are formed very well, really crisp edges and corners, looks very high-end for a drop-in. Sink is deep and because it is zero-radius, the sides are essentially vertical. Combined with the depth of the sink, the lack of taper means there is very little room to work around the sides of the basin to get the clips secured. The clips are very well designed to allow tightening with very little space, but I four I just couldn't get them in place and simply bedded the sink in silicon. With the added weight of the disposal, I'm not too worried about it moving around and the rim was fabricated well enough that it set flush on the counter without need for clips to crank it down. Also, just know that zero-radius sinks have almost flat bottoms and won't drain well if the sink is not level - they are unforgiving that way. Even when installed correctly, they may seem to drain more slowly than you expect when you get to the bottom of the basin, but that is normal.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Macho Good product, bad instructions
Gr,eat product. Mounted as dropin, it is beautiful and very practical. The only negative is the poor instructions The sketches are unclear , the part ID s are confusing and the text is garbled. Also if you are installing this in a granite countertop which has a plywood underpayment, the clips are useless. They are too short. So bed it with a lot of silicone adhesive sealant. Customer support person knew less than I do.
